A few tactics for better sleep:

  • Phone on silent
  • Minimize lights
  • Comfy sheets
  • Bed is for sleep
  • Great pillow
  • No doom scrolling
  • No alcohol
  • Some water
  • Deep breathing
  • Melatonin
  • No caffeine

BOTTOM LINE: Sleep is one of the core pillars that ADHD folks need to focus on for their well-being (ie. Exercise, Diet, Sleep, Discipline)
