In this episode we sit down with Dr. Susan Landers, Physician and Author of the book "So Many Babies".
Dr. Landers received her Medical Doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1977. After graduation from medical school, she completed a paediatrics residency in Dallas and eventually completed her neonatology fellowship in Houston, Texas.
Her Memoir, So Many Babies, is the story of a neonatologist who raised three children while practicing medicine full-time. Her story underscores the plight of the hard-working mother, by weaving experiences of motherhood with stories of her professional challenges.
As well as discussing her book, we speak about life for working mothers, pregnancy, depression, treating burnout and insights on life that we would all benefit to hear from.
