In this episode, we talked about the person you find hardest to forgive—yourself. It’s because the negative thoughts, our past, and mistakes are constantly playing over and over. We also feel like we should have known better and are thinking about how things could have been, and we have self-condemnation against ourselves. And truth be told, we all have a past and have done things we shouldn’t have done and are ashamed of, but God has already forgiven us. Before Paul was preaching the gospel at different churches, he was Saul, who first attacked the early followers of Jesus, which could have disqualified him from being used but God still used Saul. The enemy will try to keep you stuck in your Saul stage, like keeping you stuck in your past, if that means stopping you from reaching the Paul that is within you. Forgiveness is God's design to set you free from the guilt and shame you have been carrying. He doesn’t want you to be hard on yourself or condemn yourself. He wants you to be free, and it’s time to forgive you, my love. We talked about so many other things about forgiving yourself, so please feel free to watch the full episode if you haven’t already 🫶🏾
