Today I had the pleasure of sitting down to speak with my father, Dr. Michael Scarpone. He is a sports medicine physician and has dealt with many interesting ethical issues in his career. He has also seen significant changes to the ethical norms promoted by his profession during his time in practice. A similar interview to this one was part of my ethics course content several months ago. The focus was on being a meaningful part of an ethically self-regulating profession.
