This week, ten older women from Nova Scotia, Canada continue to explore what it means to be aging women. We talk about the language that gets used to describe the experience of getting older.  You’ll hear about how the words we choose—or may have imposed on us— can be enmeshed with ageist thinking. You’ll also get to hear about how the many limiting beliefs surrounding the process of aging contrast with the ways these older women understand the experience themselves.
