This is the story of how God gave me peace surrounding the loss of my dad. 

My purpose in this podcast is to share inspiring stories of all kinds, but I wanted to start with my dad to honor him on  his birthday. We lost him 10 years ago and I miss him daily. 

Grief is awful. There's no other way to put it and we all deal with it differently. 

I also want to note that this is my own story from my prospective. I hope it doesn't cause pain for anyone else.  If you are a believer in Christ with family that has passed and to your knowledge,  didn't know Jesus, please know that I do too and I understand that pain. The comfort I have is that  we may not know what God did in the last moments or even during their lives.  We don't know but I trust that God's ways are higher than mine and He is good.
