Charles Sharp is the owner of the beautiful Frenchtown Inn, and is a big part of tourism in the area as he is also a part of providing info and resources for the North Sierra Wine Trail and visityubasutter.com. He's also an author, writing a book or two on...WATER! Which it's a good thing he's passionate about water because he's also running for the North Yuba Water District Board.
