Many of us have thought about why we’re here, but not all of us care to venture into the why’s of human existence.
And, that is perfectly fine!
A better question, to me—as someone managing chronic mental illness, is “What is MY WHY for staying alive?”
In this episode, I tackle MY WHY.
And, I learn a thing or two about how important it is to flesh out the reasoning of why I want to be here.
Not only does it just make sense (now that I’ve broached the subject), but I feel it’s supremely helpful to know what makes us tick in this way.
