We won, but I lost — Part 1 of the Alignment Series
Success can be deceptive. You can win battles in public and still lose alignment in private. In this opening episode of the Alignment Series, we examine the life of David and the painful truth that victory outside the home does not always mean peace inside the home.
David was a king, warrior, worshiper, and man after God’s own heart. Yet his story reminds us that public success cannot replace private responsibility. He won wars, gained influence, and built a legacy, but his family life reveals the danger of being celebrated by others while disconnected from those closest to you.
This message challenges fathers, leaders, and believers to ask a hard question:
What good is it to win publicly if I am losing privately?
In this episode, we reflect on alignment, fatherhood, responsibility, and the cost of avoiding what God has called us to confront.
