A guy in Germany just became the first person to suffer a stress fracture from a VIRTUAL REALITY game. He broke one of the vertebrae in his neck by doing the same repeated motion too much. It's an injury doctors used to see a lot in miners who had to shovel dirt over their shoulder all day.
