McDonald's is adding four fan-inspired "Menu Hack" items to its menu next week for a limited time. They include a Hash Brown McMuffin . . . a double cheeseburger with a layer of McNuggets . . . and the "Land, Air, and Sea" burger, which is a Big Mac with two burger patties, a Filet-O-Fish patty, AND a McChicken patty.
