Known as the Voice of HBCU Football in some circle for his work on the Xbox video game Black College Football: BCFX: The Xperience, Donal Ware’s passion for sports is undeniable. He also has a passion for pop culture and issues of the day. But it’s not just a passion for sports, pop culture, and issues of the day. He also a passion for people and talking with them. This is how Radio BOSS was born.

A broadcast industry veteran who founded and hosts the nationally syndicated radio program FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW – BOXTOROW as it is known – Ware grew up in the Washington, DC area and calls Silver Spring, Md. home, by way of Hyattsville, Md. (Lewisdale). He listened to Ken Beatrice on the show Sports Call on WMAL and listened to Redskins, Bullets (now Wizards), Capitals, and Baltimore Orioles games on the radio. He also listened to Larry King on the radio, wanting to be on the radio one day.
