The number one way to hustle, overwork and burnout in your business is to start again, repeatedly.
What does this mean?
It means that every time you chop and change your offer, niche, avatar or launch strategy… that you restart. Each time you restart, you need to put in a lot of work and hours into getting this ‘new thing’ off the ground. And when that doesn’t work, you then have to start again. Starting a vicious cycle of hustle and grind which leads to burn out and frustration.

This is probably one of my favourite topics to talk about: identity work and how it can truly change the game in your business.
There is a big internal shift that needs to take place as you evolve from being an educator who earns from a boss, to being an Edupreneur who earns for themselves. Not only do you have to build new skills, but you have to step into a new version of you that can run a profitable business.
You have to start identifying as a business owner and CEO, not ''just a teacher''. This can be one of the biggest blocks in scaling your business.

A few weeks ago, a wonderful coaching client asked me the question:

Today I am answering one of the most common questions I get from people about launching course online.
And that is ‘’How long will it take for me to launch a course successfully?’
In this episode I will share:
- How long it takes depending on where you are starting from.
- What part takes the most amount of time for people.
- How to NOT focus on creating the course, but rather focus on building an audience and marketing it.
There is no black and white answer to this question because everyone works at different speeds and has a different level of productivity. Some people have full-time jobs whilst others have part-time jobs. Some people have children whilst others don’t. Some people have more money to invest whilst others don’t.
All of these variables have a big impact on the length of time it takes to launch. However, if I look at the hundreds of students I have helped to launch… There are some general timelines that I can share with you in this episode.

The other day I had a look at my overall Stripe account to see the revenue that I have made since starting Digiteach and I was blown away.
It showed €440.000. That is how much I have generated in my online business since 2019. I am still in awe of this because when I started my business I was just making €20 an hour. The most I had ever made in one month was €2000 and that was working for another company.
To know that I have been able to generate multiple 5-figure months in income in my business is still insane! I thought about what the main thing was to help me create these results in my business… and that is what I am going to share with you in today’s episode.

Let’s talk about it. The more we can have these kinds of conversations and normalise it, the less shame and mental suffering we feel.

Many entrepreneurs, and especially education business owners, really struggle when it comes to pricing their products and services and it can be a really scary thing! What tends to happen is that educators in business undercharge and overdeliver, which leads to the inevitable resentment and burnout cycle!
I don’t want you to start your business only to just resent it and burn out! And so if you are feeling the struggle with raising your prices (even though you should), then this is the episode for you:
In this episode, I talk about:
- Why you shouldn't stress so much about pricing.
- 4 signs you should raise your prices even when it feels scary.
- How to pick a price.
- How to announce your new prices.
By undervaluing and undercharging for your time, value, and work then you are setting yourself up for an extra struggle in business. Cash is king and so is profitability, and if your prices don’t bring a profit then you won’t be able to grow your business!
Learning how to set prices that are truly aligned with what you are delivering whilst maintaining a clean and confident energy around them is key to making money with more ease.
The lesson of this episode: It is safe for you to charge well for your work.. It is safe for you to not be the cheapest. There is a customer for every price point. Your business, your rules!

This is probably one of my favourite topics to talk about: identity work and how it can truly change the game in your business.
There is a big internal shift that needs to take place as you evolve from being an educator who earns from a boss, to being an edupreneur who
earns for themselves. Not only do you have to build new skills, but you have to step into a new version of you that can run a profitable business.
You have to start identifying as a business owner and CEO, not "just a teacher". This can be one of the biggest blocks in scaling your business.
It doesn't matter how much strategy you have, your teacher identity and energy that you bring will shape your results in business (and often sabotage them).
In this episode, I share my story of how I had to really step into my CEO self and let go of old ''teacher'' identity for me to rise up in my business. I will show you
how your energy will trump strategy over and over again, and that strategy cannot outperform a poor mindset and 'struggling/ victim' identity.

If there is one thing I see that really stresses educators in business out and stops them dead in their tracks, it is choosing their niche. I have never fully understood why people have put so much pressure on themselves to choose the 'perfect' niche and anything beyond that isn't even worth starting, and so the result: They never actually start. The honest truth is that you are worrying way too much about the wrong things, and in this episode I show with you why by sharing my niche journey with you. You will learn how I started in the 'wrong' niche, but how that was the perfect stepping stone to get me to where I wanted to be.
