During his professional baseball career, Bill Miller kept asking himself, "Why is it that these other guys are so much better than me? Is it genetic or are am I just not as good?" He dominated in the weight room, but lagged on the field. As he built out his training career, Bill set out to find that missing component. He incorporated med ball measurement, Proteus tracking of power and acceleration, and many more techniques to help define correlations between training and on-the-field progress. And the results speak for themselves as his athletes continue to progress from the high school to college to the pro level. Learn about it all in this episode hosted by Will Waterman, Proteus Head of Human Performance.
