What is one of Eric Cressey's biggest observations of the sport performance realm? We simplify things to excess. Instead of crafting programming based on an athlete's specific needs, we take one program and try to make it work for everyone. Through years of training, Cressey has set out to be the opposite of this and even stresses that prioritizing individualization can be your competitive advantage. How does he customize programming per athlete? Well, you'll just have to listen to find out.
