Having a lot of discussions about documentation lately. 5 things matter with docs:

1. Does it exist?
2. Is it the right info?
3. Is it delivered clearly?
4. Is it reliably up to date?
5. Can people find it reliably?

If your “documentation is bad” make sure you’re solving the right problem.
