COMMIT TO ACT

The essence of growth begins with a commitment, as well as an unremitting willingness to shoulder whatever responsibility the commitment entails. When you acknowledge your role as the primary creator of your life, you begin to pave a path of liberation from the unconscious creator within.

This requires desire, willingness and patience.

Please remember, these habit patterns did not appear overnight. They manifested slowly over decades. Some may pass  away quickly while others may take months or even years to no longer undermine your purpose.
