"We often resist creating experiences beyond the comfort of our personal narrative. Instead, we trudge the well-worn mental pathway of the predictable and familiar. We have invested time and energy constructing our personal narrative and we pattern our reality and relationships in accordance with it. This means that we often resist and reject possibilities that challenge our narrative.
Therefore, question two exists.
Suppose you experience strong internal resistance upon receiving an invitation to a gathering. Is this logical? When you react in this way, you have been triggered into fear. This fearful vibration activates your instincts for survival. Making a reactive choice in this mental state brings you out of spiritual alignment. You cannot live in spiritual love and truth while indulging in fearful, reactive resistance. Unless there is an observable danger or threat present, this reaction is irrational"
