The One Seat Buffer took in the writing and directorial debut of Bo Burnham Eighth Grade. This rated R story of the challenges of being an early teenager could prove to be an Oscar sleeper. Gut-wrenching awkwardness and laugh out loud comedy make this a compelling film.
