Tom is an expert in wilful blindness, ethical fading, and the building of trust in Public Services. He shares his experiences and stories as a former public sector manager and Whistleblower and highlights the need for radical change in the way our public services are run. Tom is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and author of Lions, Liars, Donkeys and Penguins - The Killing of Alison. The book is a true story about the suicide of his sister Alison following a period of abuse in an NHS mental health hospital.
