In todays episode, Steph and Lil do an ADHD tell all. At age 28 and as a mother of two, Steph’s childhood, adolescent and adulthood years finally made sense when she received the diagnosis of inattentive ADHD, and the life changing medication that came along with it.
This conversation is real, honest, raw and vulnerable as it’s something that Steph still struggles with emotionally in regards to feelings of self worth, shame and frustration.
Nate also joins the conversation to explain how having a wife with ADHD can impact on his life, and his advice to any partners who experience the same thing.
