I have been experiencing depression for a while and I finally have decided that it was time to walk in my freedom. In the very freedom that Jesus died for, and ultimately gave us through his love and salvation. Today's revelation is: I am experiencing depression, I am not depressed. When we experience depression we are merely experiencing an emotion, action, or feeling and they are only temporary but we remember them. Hey TTS Fam! Join me this week as I dive into a revelation God gave me after I had a realization about my relationship with Christ. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself what you relationship with Christ looks like without the comparison of others. When God told me that our earthy relationships can sometimes impact the relationship we have with him I was blown away. I literally started asking myself what does my relationship look like with Christ but not just that how was I comparing it to other peoples relationships. I am still asking myself the question so that I can truly understand who God is in my life. I am truly excited to see where my relationship with God goes as I learn who he is on a much deeper level.
Today's prayer and journal prompt:
Father, open my heart and my eyes to the relationship you desire to have with me. Allow me to forgive the ones who tainted my view causing me to have a tainted view of our relationship.

What's up TTS Fam! I'm so excited to be back! I took a 3 week sabbatical for my mental health and when I say I'm excited and fired up to be back. I am excited to see the move of God through this podcast. Join me today for this catch-up episode entitled "Put Ya Big Girl Panties On". When God said that to me I knew exactly why he was saying it and what it meant, in life, we will go through obstacles, hardships, and trials, but even when those things happen we still have to be obedient to what God has called for us to do. See I'm still learning that myself, I still have stumps in my walk with God, but it doesn't mean that I love God any less, it doesn't mean that Jesus didn't still die for my sins. It means that because God loved me enough to wrap himself in flesh, come down to earth endure it all, got the keys to hell, and said it is finished that I can and will be prosperous in everything he has called me to.

It is a constant battle in the mind to remind myself what God says about me and who he says I am. God took over today's episode as he encourages us to learn who he has truly called us to be and not the identities we have picked up from others.
3 things you can implement today to see a change in your perspective of yourself.
1.) Practice putting your negative thoughts about yourself into captivity.
2.) Speak God's word over yourself.
3.) Ask God for clarity and understand how he sees you and who he says you are.
Today's Prayer: God help me to take every thought under. captivity that goes against what you say I am. Help me face the person in the mirror.

Hey TTS Fam! Join me as I dive into my own experience allowing my past mistakes to keep me in a place of stagnation. We oftentimes see ourselves based on our past mistakes, and identities, and it ultimately causes us to have tainted identities and keeps us from moving in purpose. A lesson that took me a while to learn was Our past simply nudges us in a direction of transformation or stagnation. Understand that God can and will still use you no matter what your past looks like, and often times our past is why we are called.

Hey TTS Fam! This week I want to encourage you to stop hiding. I get it you made that same mistake that you promised you wouldn't do anymore. You feel into the same sin and temptation you have worked so hard to overcome, but have found yourself in the same position yet again. I encourage you this week to forgive yourself because God has already forgiven you, I encourage you to still move forward and out of the place of hiding from God, but not just from God but to stop hiding from your purpose. You can and will still be used regardless of your mistakes because God has a plan for you.

Hey TTS Fam! Join me as I dive into how we hide from God when we make mistakes. Hiding from God puts us in a place of lack and disobedience. I've learned very quickly how the enemy loves to keep us in a place of hiding from God after we have made a mistake, or falling right back in that sin we promised God and ourselves that we wouldn't do again. The good thing is, is that God has already forgiven us now we have to forgive ourselves.

Hey TTS Fam! In today's episode I'm diving into why do I keep doing this. Have you ever wondered why you keep making the same mistakes, the same decisions when it comes to certain things? These past few weeks have been very eye-opening and transformative for me. Sometimes we literally have to go to the past to move in the present moments. It's time sis that you move and release the things that people have said about you or incidents that have kept you in a place of stagnation. God is calling us for assignments and we must allow him to take us through a process of healing and transformation.

Step 2: Write down the way the incident made you feel; you can find emotion and feeling wheels on google.

This episode is so vital to our own development of our journeys with GOD. I have for a long-time self-sabotaged my own life due to fear. Fear is and will always be the number 1 reason why so many people never take the first step to pursue what GOD has placed on the inside of them. I believe that when fear rules our lives, we self-sabotage our futures and believe it or not when we don't make moves due to fear when GOD has already told us to do so and has given us the green light for, we are being disobedient. Just because we are afraid doesn't mean that the assignment will go away.

I know we have all been in a place where we just feel like nothing is going as planned and often times it can be something so small but what about those major life decisions that may not seem to be going as planned? I'm back ya'll after dealing with a few technical difficulties we are back with another episode of this Purpose Chasing series. Today I dive into the truth behind the wilderness that God places us in right before he elevates our life. As I've been experiencing my very own wilderness I find it very important that i discuss some of the things that happen during this time period because often times just like the Israelites in Exodus where complaining in the wilderness even after God has brought them out of slavery we can often be the same way and it important for us to be grateful even when the wilderness seems much harder then the life we had before.

Today I felt called to discuss how the enemy will purposefully cause pain and trauma in our childhoods to attempt to prevent us from walking into the person God has created us to be. Our trauma and pain will add to who we are but it shouldn't define who we are. So as you listen to the podcast I just want you to think about what pain or trauma from your childhood has caused to build the wall, take on that personality, or has even caused you take on an identity that really isn't even you. The plan of the enemy is to slow us down from the obtaining the promise that God has over our lives. I pray that this episode helps you to understand that even if the midst of the storm and the wilderness that you must not give up for something far much greater is on the other side of the pain and trauma that God has attached to your purpose and destiny.

Today I wanted to share the process of becoming who you were created to be and how it feels to be stuck literally between the two. Since on this journey of becoming a follower of Christ I have learned so much and I am I understanding what happens when you decide to give your life to Christ. When I first was going through this I felt as though I was running and literally running in circles, running from who I was because I didn't want to be that person anymore and also running from who God had created me to be because of fear of the unknown.
