This week's guest in Michigan Women's Golf Coach Jan Dowling now in her 10th season. She grew up outside Toronto before heading to the USA to play her college golf at Kent State. Jan played professionally for a couple of years before returning to Kent State to start her coaching career there as an assistant. She also spent time at  University of Florida and Tennessee before becoming the head coach at Michigan. While at Michigan they have reached the NCAA Championship 4 different times including the past 2 seasons.

This week we have Oregon Ducks Women's Golf Coach Derek Radley on the podcast. He graduated from Ferris State, worked as a golf instructor for several years, also he is married to Sara Brown who played the LPGA and was on Golf Channel's Big Break He caddied for her for a couple of years on the LPGA before he took the assistant women's golf coach job at Arizona where they won a NCAA Championship in 2018. He just finished his 4th season at Oregon after winning the 2022 PAC-12 and runner-up at the 2022 NCAA Championship, the ducks are now one of the elite programs in women's golf. We caught up with Jerry Haas, now in his 25th season at Wake Forest as the Men's Golf Coach. He played professionally for 10 years after an All-American college career at Wake Forest. His Uncle Bob Goalby won the 1968 Masters and multiple tournaments on both PGA and Champions Tour. His brother Jay also a multiple winner on both PGA and Champions Tour. Great advice for players of all levels.
