...but the No.1 think that YOU MUST NOT DO is to send a mass email out with all of your patients on the cc list!

How To Set Up Virtual Consultations
Step 1. You need a method(s) of getting your message out.
Step 2. You need a message.
Step 3. You need a way to execute this and a way to deliver your virtual consultations.
Worry about them in that order - and no.1 is probably the most important!
In these uncertain times, we need to change the way we do things and look for the positives so that it can be a force for good.
We all have a database, but we do not use it! We are like beggars sitting on a Gold Mine.
Like it or not, most of us are average and so we need to be constantly trying to improve ourselves.
We are good at doing this clinically, but we don't really try when it comes to the service we offer.
Your patients want to believe that you are the best person to be treating them and you owe it to them to present yourself well. Think about how a potential patient sees your practice and make sure that it looks as professional as you are.
