The Original Mai Tai from Cabana Bar and Beach Club (Dolphin) and Splash Pool Bar and Grill (Swan) - Joe
2 ounces Myers’s Rum (Sub for Trader Vic’s Dark) 1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice ½ ounce Orange Curacao ½ ounce Orgeat ¼ ounce simple syrup Add crushed ice, then shake well for around 10 seconds. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Sink your spent lime shell in the drink.
The Gin Bramble - Gary
2 shots of Citadelle Gin 2 ounces gin 1 ounce fresh lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup (see note) ½ ounce crème de mûre. Feel free to sub Chambord
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together the first three ingredients and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice, mounded high. Drizzle crème de mûre over the top and garnish with a slice of lemon

Ice Cream martini from L’Artisan de Glaces in the France pavilion EPCOT Two scoops of ice cream with either a shot of Grand Mariner, Rhum Clement VSOP, or Vodka. Rhum Clement is Rhum Agricole from the French speaking island of Martinique. Rhum Agricoles are made from sugar cane, unlike most rums that are made from molasses, which is the waste product from sugar production. THE MORE YOU KNOW! I subbed Rhum Barbancourt 5 star which is an excellent Rhum Agricole aged 8 years, from Haiti, also a French speaking island. I also opted for whipped cream on top

Pipeline Smash - 3 lemon wedges, 2 ounces bourbon, 3/4 ounce simple syrup, 4 mint leaves Garnish: mint sprig. Muddle the lemon in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Finish with soda water Mint sprig for garnish
