The show that plays to the grasshoppers and flips off the ants. Bad Music for Bad People, as streamed every Saturday @ 9pm PST via luxuriamusic.com.
No Condition Is Permanent hosts Reeshard & Lee-Roy make their triumphal return to the DJ booth at the Purple Bat Lounge after a prolonged absence. (Actually, Lee-Roy never left, but spent more time than usual in the girls' restroom.) The expected two hours' worth of inspired noise ensues, enhanced by the sounds of revelers at the Purple Bat — made possible by a hole punched in the door to the DJ booth. In a surprising turn of events, someone (oh, let's say a beast with powerful jaws) popped the lock on the Tums dispenser and replaced its contents with little molly pills. Can't imagine who that might be, but that same alleged culprit later experiences a Cosmic Collision when Uncle Morty's truck pulls up to the curb. Tune in anyways...
It was business as usual this past Saturday evening at the Purple Bat Lounge: Scads of good music, scintillating repartee shared by the two DJ's…and Bosom-mania returned to town, as The Madison programmed another Russ Meyer double-feature. Then Uncle Morty pulled up to the curb with a vial of something called 'Flowers For Algernon,' which Lee-Roy simply hard to try. Suffice to add, Reeshard spent the rest of the evening mopping up after THAT experiment. Though the notion strains credibility, a great time was had by all, one that can now be shared by you at home. Tune in anyways...
