During the Holy Week we are on the final days of lent and we need to intensify our prayer life and the pillar of Lent to go back to God. We cannot trust ourselves, we need God.
Look at Jesus! Godâs truth does not condemn. Only tender love will save us from the snares of the abuser and that love is found in the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Our Lord.

We go to St Joseph because we want him to help us have interior life, to be close to our Lord. This is the motive of everything we do. The joy of the gospel. The primary reason for evangelizing is the love of Jesus. This is the reason we complicate our lives. Gospel (Lk 19:1-10)
Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. And there was a man named Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector, and rich. And he sought to see who Jesus was, but could not, on account of the crowd, because he was small of stature. So he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree to see him, for he was to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up and said to him... âZacchaeus, make haste and come down; for I must stay at your house today.â

We have to be generous in out life, to love God more fully and to do His will. This involves corresponding to the will of God without any excuses (which honestly can be more than we imagine). When we do the will of God, only then can we be happy with him forever in eternity.

If we look at the life of Jesus and Mary, we will see that they paid very much attention to the little things. Jesus spent 30 quiet years sanctifying the little things of everyday. We might not have extraordinary situations all the time but these situations are made of plenty little things. Why do we need to take care of the little things? Because of LOVE. This is essential. If we do these little things without love then they donât sanctify us.

The second commandment of God's Law is You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain. This commandment âprescribes respect for the Lord's name" ( Catechism 2142), and commands us to honor the name of God. The Lord's name is not to be pronounced âexcept to bless, praise, and glorify it" (Catechism 2143).
The third commandment of the Decalogue is: Keep feast days holy. Before the coming of Jesus Christ, the seventh day was the Sabbath. In the New Testament it is Sunday, Dies Domini , the day of the Lord, because it is the day of the Lord's Resurrection. The Sabbath represented the end of creation; Sunday represents the beginning of the ânew creation," which took place with Christ's resurrection (cf. Catechism 2174).

As we draw closer to the feast of the Assumption, we have to look to the Blessed Virgin Mary and imitate her as a pure example of humility. We acknowledge that there are many manifestations of pride in our lives but humility will only take place through 'humiliations'. When we practice virtues, then will humility really manifest in our lives.Â

As we do our time of prayer, we ask Christ to help us see situations, characters and even weaknesses with the eyes of Christ. Let us see things the way in which Christ did and that way we are open to loving more with the heart of Christ.
Our Lord did not pick his apostles because they were the best and meekest of all. They had their weaknesses but He loved them nonetheless. Christ is aware of everything about us and He loves us regardless. He therefore calls us to love others like He does.

Our Lord wants us to follow Him at every moment. He wants us to now get carried away by the circumstances and look at every thing that happens to us with the eyes of Jesus Christ - with compassion. We cannot get despaired because we have defects but we have to trust in God and begin again when we fall. We need to struggle because that is what Christian life entails and God will give us the grace to keep struggling and trust Him, not relying on our strength and possibilities.

Sin separates us from God. When we see we turn aware from the creator to the creatures (our weakness and limitations). God has given us the grace especially in the sacraments to struggle daily and turn back to Him.Â

Spiritual communion is an amazing way to grow in love for Christ. Now more than ever since we cannot receive Christ physically, we ask Him tom come spiritually into our hearts. He will help us grow in love for Him and our neighbors.Â

The Eucharist is the center of our lives. Â We get the strength and fuel for our work, life, worship, apostolate and every other aspect of our lives, from Christ who is always and truly present in the Blessed Sacrament.Â

We have to learn to master of life and senses in order to follow Christ. We see this self-mastery in the life of Christ and many saints. When we die to self, we are able to fully understand God's purpose for us in this life.Â

When we go to Mary, we will find Jesus!
Before leaving this world, Jesus gave us His mother to be our mother. It is left for us to go to her every time. When we run to her warm embrace, we will surely find her dear son. Love for Mary makes us love Jesus even more.Â
