In this episode I talk about how the path of ease is not always the path of your highest good.

At some stage YOU need to take responsibility for the choices you make in your life.

The instant gratification is not always the easiest or kindest option to yourself.

We are so full to the brim in our modern day lives, so overstimulated, filled with so much noise, that often we just want to take the easiest route. We want the easiest option, without realising that we’re not making it easier on ourself in the long run.

Discomfort & friction is safe. It is normal. It is ok.

Not every single element of our life must feel easy, for it to be aligned to our highest truth. We don’t get what we want in life from just being agreeable, from only ever doing the easy thing.

Life is not happening TO you, it happens FOR you.

Anytime you choose not to choose, you are choosing. And sometimes choosing the hard path in this moment, means you get to reap the benefits and rewards later.

Choosing to be uncomfortable for a moment, for a small amount of time, can allow you so much greater fulfilment and freedom later.

I'd love to know if this lands for you. If it does please leave a review and feel free to DM me on instagram @soulinspired__

Hi angels,

In this episode I take you through my experiences so far as a mother and the portal of parenting as a whole.

I've already learnt so much, made mistakes, had regrets, had way too much fun, experienced extreme highs and extreme lows and all the things in between.

As I journey to becoming a mama of two I though I would share a little.

I hope you enjoy and I want to remind you that each experience is so unique, we are not here to compare or judge.

In this episode I talk about the impact your mindset and vibration has on all that happens around you.

You are a powerful creator. Don't forget that you are not a passenger in life, you are an active participant.

Go out and create magic, experience joy, feed into positivity and release the need to get swept up in the fear and dense energy around you.

Life is what you make it, so go out and live in your joy!

I think too often, we associate spirituality with a monk up in the mountains.

This is true, but its only one aspect, and definitely not the truth for the majority of us.

To go down the spiritual path you don't have to live a boring life, lose your essence, your joy or your fun!

It's the opposite really. It's learning that joy can be in each moment.

Your triggers are your teachers. They show you what needs working on and shine a light on what we are in need of healing within.

It's on us to take responsibility for our healing.

I hope you enjoy listening to my take on this!

Body image issues impact so many people. I honestly don't know one person in my life who hasn't at one time had negative thoughts about their body, myself included.

Let's redirect from putting so much emphasis on what we look like and flipping that to what our bodies can do.

We are all beautiful, worthy and deserving of love, no matter what size.

For such a long time I judged myself when I didn't feel the exact same day to day and when I had "bad" days as opposed to good days.

Fast forward to now, and I have realised it's NORMAL. We are cyclical beings. We are not meant to always feel exactly the same. Honour those changes and honour the different stages in your cycle.

I am by no means an expert but my hope is to empower you to start looking further into your cycle and getting in tune with your body.

You are NOT a victim! Life is happening for us.

Do bad things happen, yes. But we choose how we respond and how we live our life. We have the power to choose our path.

We get so swept up in our doing, so much so that we attach our worth to our achievements. But it isn't the truth. You are perfectly worthy of love in your being, just as much as in your doing.

I'm not saying never leave the house again. What I am saying is honour the space you give yourself and that others give themselves. Honour the way others choose to live their lives.

Get still and tune in to your higher self.

We aren't always happy, excited, motivated or ready to go. That is life, and it's ok!

I delve into my feelings on false positivity and how this ties in to showing up in all stages of our life.

We want everyone to be authentic, to be real, to show up as their true self. But it starts with us! If we want to see more authenticity, we have to be that first.

You don't need to "fix" yourself. You are NOT broken. You simply strip away the layers to become more of you.

An insight into my spiritual journey and coming to the realisation that we don't need to become more of anything except ourselves.
