The Cambridge University Women's Boat Club (CUWBC) train 18 hours a week to prepare for one of the most unique and exciting sporting events ever: The Boat Race. This podcast series gives an insight into what training for the boat race is really like by following the squad from the start of preseason to race day, March 24th 2018. 18 Hours a Week is created by Sophie Shapter, who is involved in the CUWBC trialling process as a cox this year.
