What comes first in a top tier college football program, integrity and character, or wins and championships? What if we told you that they are not mutually exclusive?
*Many programs talk about family and culture, but few can match what has been cultivated within the Harding University football program’s “Bison Brotherhood”.
*Harding Head Coach Paul Simmons joins Brandon Carr and David Walker to discuss how an intentional approach to relationship development has led the way in Harding becoming a perennial Top 10 program, having 43 wins in the last 4 years, and being one of only 4 NCAA Division II programs to make the Playoffs the last 4 seasons, including a National Semi-Final and Quarterfinal appearance.
*In addition to the on-field success, Harding recently built one of the nation’s premiere Indoor Football facilities with a “Built by the Brotherhood” campaign that saw the entire $5.5 million dollar facility built entirely upon the donations of former Bison players. Why would they give so much to the program they were a part of? Tune in and find out!
