This time we're joined by the lovely Linda from @lindadoesvegan. Linda is a final year medical student in Scotland (and an avid listener of our podcast) who's passionate about raising awareness of eating disorders, interested in holistic health and a believer in anti-diet lifestyle medicine & nutrition.
Listen to the episode to hear us talk about how eating disorders don't have a look, bad encounters with healthcare professionals and how eating disorders are dealt with in medical school (and real life).
Make sure to also check out Linda's podcast What I Didn't Learn in Medical School (WIDLIMS) @widlims.

The season FINALE is here!
For this episode, I asked you guys what you would tell your 15 year old selves. A lot of what you wrote resonated with me and I'm sure it will resonate with a lot of you too. I read out both my own thoughts and what you listeners wrote to me and finish off with a beautiful and heartfelt letter from a follower.
While the podcast takes a little summer break, there will still be some summer extra surprises coming for you, so stay tuned and subscribed. Also working on taking our amazing community to the next step after summer, more about that later ❤️

If your question isn't directly answered here - don't worry - it will be in a later episode. Please note that I'm not an expert in this field - I'm simply answering based on my own experiences and what I have gone through.

This week's episode is exceptionally in Finnish. Back in English next week.
Tämän viikon jaksossa meillä on podcastimme ensimmäinen vieras: Katri Mikkilä Syömishäiriöliitosta.
(Spoiler: SAA)
Entä mitä tehdä sitten, kun liikkumisrajoitukset hellittävät?
Kuuntele jakso niin saat tietää! Voitte seurata Syömishäiriöliittoa Instagramissa @syomishairioliitto ja kuten aina, minulle saa laittaa palautetta, kysymyksiä tai muita mietteitä Instagramissa @bestofbettina.
Yoga has helped me immensely to develop a healthy relationship with food, body image and exercise after my eating disorder. For me, yoga isn't about getting into the most advanced poses but being able to roll out my mat and lay under a blanket to just breathe and be if I feel like it.
Tune in to this week's episode to hear how I found yoga and how I eventually decided to become a yoga teacher. I also talk about the pros and cons (as well as pressure) of working as a yoga teacher.
