Often, we fall into an idea that we will be happy when we own a house, have a family, get a degree, etc. When we achieve those goals in which we thought we would find happiness, we frequently still find ourselves rushing to the next idea or segment to meet that "happiness".  Life is constantly handing us curve balls so we aren't guaranteed that future. True happiness is discussed from a perspective that a life rushed is full of missed opportunities to see happiness at any given moment. Your moment is now because that is all you have.
