Expect: Episodes with descriptions that tell you what to expect; Semi-colons; Thought-provoking life stories for your ears, brain, heart & soul (cross out where not applicable); Lots of awesome & diverse humans opening up to us; Mental tools, getting coached without realising it; Appreciation, gratitude, humour! But I already say all that in the intro sequence, so yeah.

An ongoing collection of interviews and conversations (sometimes with myself) of whichever people from my real or digital life have caught my eye with some glimmer of invisible sunlight. I believe we all carry a lot of it within, and it's one of the most potent sources of awesomeness I know - the second it becomes seen. I hope we can help you see your own.
