Hi! In this, my first episode for this podcast, I thought that I could try and help  anyone who thinks they might suffer from incontinence. Do you have  uncontrollable urges to urinate? Do you leak urine when you cough,  sneeze or laugh? Do you constantly urinate without any control  whatsoever? These are all forms of incontinence. First and foremost, discussing a possible loss of bladder control with your doctor can be the first and most positive step toward managing your possible condition of incontinence.

Hello. I created this new podcast to discuss the conditions of incontinence, bladder control issues, and other related topics. I am not a doctor or licensed physician, but I wanted to provide sensible, practical advice from a layman's point of view in managing incontinence from someone who has, himself, been dealing with a condition of urge incontinence for the last five years. Perhaps you, the listener, or a loved one or friend you know has suffered needlessly from everything ranging from poor management of an incontinence issue, to the stigmas associated with having loss of bladder control. In this podcast, I hope to help my listeners out by providing useful information that will help out in some meaningful way to make incontinence more of an inconvenience than a huge, life-altering problem. Incontinence does not have to run or ruin your life! Incontinence can be treated and managed effectively, given time, effort, and perseverance. Thank you for listening!
