Join us for the second week of our current series, “Unstoppable”. Today, my guest William Branum shares how he became a Navy seal; the rigorous training, and even the unavoidable mental and emotional challenges that result. He has served on both traditional SEAL Teams, taught as a SEAL Sniper Instructor, and served on Teams that specialized in undersea operations, who’s missions must be approved by the President of the United States. He led major combat operations ranging from protecting the interim Iraqi elected officials to Direct Action missions in Baghdad and across Ambar province. After retiring in 2018 after 26 years of service, William suffered from many physical and psychological symptoms that negatively impacted his well-being and quality of life. Migraines, severe anxiety, chronic pains, difficulty focusing, difficulty sleeping/falling asleep, and depression are some of the symptoms he struggled with daily. Like so many, he began using prescription drugs and alcohol to mask the symptoms, but finally found relief in CBD. William is passionate about sharing what he has learned as a Seal as well as helping other veterans & first responders embrace recovery and healing after life in the service. His digital store, Naked Warrior, sells tons of amazing products that are both inspirational and practical, including natural products that help with Sleep, PTSD, anxiety, and recovery. William shares the significance of the “NAKED WARRIOR” mindset - how it’s helped him to recover and how the NW mindset has inspired many others along the road to recovery too. He’s on a mission to not only lower the veteran suicide rate, but to eliminate it completely. Check this out

Join me for my first episode of "Scar Stories" a new weekly inspirational podcast that features live interviews and discussions to help you rock your life. Each week we will be diving in to different monthly topics that we all relate to. Sometimes the hardest things we face are actually opportunities to grow . . even find our true purpose. This month we talk about addiction and all its many forms. This week we cover technology and how easy it is to let it start interfering a little too much in our lives. Check out my interview with Psychologist Keith Herriman ( L.L.P.)as he gives us some great insights and suggestions on how to keep our tech in check.
