The Problem Manager is a weekly podcast about business problem management for product managers, business analysts, product owners, and consultants. We talk about how to define, articulate, communicate and manage problems. Think about a tree; your solution is the tree you can see above the ground. For that tree to be durable and last it requires an equally robust root system under ground. The Problem Manager is about seeing your problem space as that root system and talking about how to create the strongest root system we can.
To be good Problem Mangers we must have a good Problem system and to be great Problem Managers we must have a great Problem system. In other words smarter Problem Managers have S.M.A.R.T.E.R problem systems.
