He's a prolific artist and musician, and someone well-versed in the language of spirit and transformation.
I really didn't know where this conversation was going to, and ended up thoroughly enjoying it, as we touched on many topics of great interest to me. Last time he and I spoke was during the plandemic, so it was interesting to meet and connect, and to see what shifts he and I have been going through in these strange times. I really appreciate the dynamic between his mystical and esoteric perspectives and how they seem to align with my practical take on the same issues.

In this episode I had the pleasure of talking with Steven Twohig of Mastering Change. He has a unique perspective on psychedelics and the plant medicine Ayahuasca, and is currently focused on psychedelic integration with an emphasis on shadow work.

In this episode of Battered Souls I had the extraordinary opportunity to speak with activist and survivor Ali Zeck. Ali is one of the most articulate and outspoken advocates for medical sovereignty and truth in our world today. As a survivor of psychological and psychiatric abuse, Ali spent decades being told she had a mental illness, and was on a devastating roller coaster of treatments, psychiatric wards, and psychotropic drugs that almost drove her to take her own life. When she finally found a doctor who told her she did not have a mental illness, it changed everything and empowered her to finally heal herself.
Unfortunately her story is not that uncommon, so now Ali inspires others as a ferocious truth-seeker and truth-teller.

In this episode of Battered Souls, I speak with addiction success coach, Joe DiBianca, who helps people strike the root of their addictions by helping them to deeply understand why they do what they do.
This is a fascinating topic for me, as addiction has been a recurring theme in my life, and certainly one of the main ways in which I have sabotaged my own success and happiness.
Joe's approach is unique in that he looks at how the mind and body create a connection over traumatic events, then guides people to separate their feelings from the events that shaped them. In my experience this is a powerful way to develop emotional awareness, and makes letting go of the stories about feelings much easier, crating space for major change to come in.
Joe has been a professional body builder, and shares his experience in this sport which could have killed him because it values looks over health, and causes athletes to engage in extremely dangerous dieting patterns and dehydration which wreaks havoc on the body.

Twenty years ago she cofounded Sacred Mysteries Productions, for which she has produced numerous documentary films and received grants and awards honoring her work in the arts.
