Spiritual costs: The fragrance of your prayer today will speak for you tomorrow. It would help if you were connected to your spiritual rocks to keep on bearing your fruits. It would be best to have help from heaven, strength in the day of trouble.
Intellectual cost - knowledge is power. To be informed is to be transformed; uninformed is to be deformed. The more enlightened you are on any subject matter, the greater the level of command you gain. We need a working knowledge of any venture we are embarking on. It's the information that gives value to every vision.
I knew God told me to embark on Covenant University as a project, but time was invested in searching and researching what type of university are we heading for. It is not only having a vision; it is having adequate information which will drive the vision. Information is the vehicle with which every vision is moving to its accomplishment.
Intellectual costs have been ignored. That is why many businesses have been short-lived. The more enlightened we are on any subject matter, the more level of command we gain. Sustainable success is guaranteed by quality information. Give attention to reading, doctrine and exaltation.
Physical cost - high elasticity is a requirement for high performance. It takes hard work to fly higher. Every success story is traceable to a high-level investment of time, energy and resources; you need energy to maximize destiny. John 9:4.
Anyone that is not working will end up begging. Things only work for workers. There is no shortcut. People think it's only money used to invest in a business.
2For anyone who speaks in a tongue [1] does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit. [2]3But everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort.4He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.-1 Corinthians 14v2-4

Isaiah 66:7-8

We must keep sowing the seed of the word as we reach out to the lost and watering the same by prayer, if we must continue to experience supernatural Church growth
16Yet when I preach the gospel, I have no reason to boast, because I am obligated to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! 17If my preaching is voluntary, I have a reward. But if it is not voluntary, I am still entrusted with a responsibility--1 Cor. 9:16-17
Marketing the Goodness of Jehovah
18As He was getting into the boat, the man who had been possessed by the demons begged to go with Him. 19But Jesus would not allow him. “Go home to your own people,” He said, “and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and what mercy He has shown you.” 20So the man went away and began to proclaim throughout the Decapolis how much Jesus had done for him. And everyone was amazed. 21When Jesus had again crossed by boat to the other side, a large crowd gathered around Him beside the sea.…-Mark 5:18-21
- Until we are ready to obey divine instructions, we are not ready to manifest the supernatural
10Elisha sent a messenger to say to him, “Go, wash yourself seven times in the Jordan, and your flesh will be restored and you will be cleansed.”
11But Naaman went away angry and said, “I thought that he would surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, wave his hand over the spot and cure me of my leprosy. 12Are not Abana and Pharpar, the rivers of Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Couldn’t I wash in them and be cleansed?” So he turned and went off in a rage.
13Naaman’s servants went to him and said, “My father, if the prophet had told you to do some great thing, would you not have done it? How much more, then, when he tells you, ‘Wash and be cleansed’!” 14So he went down and dipped himself in the Jordan seven times, as the man of God had told him, and his flesh was restored and became clean like that of a young boy.-– 2 Kings 5:10-14
The Great Commission 14Later, as they were eating, Jesus appeared to the Eleven and rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen. 15And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.…-Mark 16:14-16
14How then can they call on the One in whom they have not believed? And how can they believe in the One of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone to preach? 15And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”16But not all of them welcomed the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”17Consequently, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ---Romans 10:14-17

To operate in the supernatural: Be Committed to Spiritual Growth and Development
- Spiritual authority is only entrusted to matured believers – Gal. 4:1-3/ Isa. 9:6/ 2 Cor.12:7
- Spiritual maturity is not about age but about depth in spiritual things – Job. 32: 7-8/ Mat. 13:23/ Heb. 5: 13-14
- We build spiritual capacity through tireless study of the word – 2 Tim. 2:2/ 2 Tim. 3:15/ 2 Tim. 4: 13

Ambassadors for Christ …19that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting men’s trespasses against them. Commanding the Supernatural by the Power of Faith
- Faith puts believers in command of the supernatural – Mak. 9:23/ Mat. 8:8-10/13/ 15:22-28
- The hand of God that commands the supernatural can only be brought to bear by faith – Isa. 53:1/ Jn 14:10/ Mak. 16:20
A relationship cannot be healthy until clear boundaries are set and respected with the opposite sex. Know your do's and dont's and set limits in all things.

A child is like plasticine – soft, pliable and mouldable. But, the home is the primary environment where a child is fashioned and carved into a better individual. - Signs and wonders are raw confirmation of the Word for those who believe – Mak. 16:20/ Jn 1:12/ Mak. 9:27-29
