Long-distance doesn't have to mean the end of a friendship.
Today on the podcast Bestie Beth and I are talking about:
- Our humbling experience of learning how to have long-distance friendships without being incredibly insecure and jealous
- Communicating expectations with your long-distance friends
- How one person can't be everything for you.
- and to top it off we're sharing our must-have app for keeping in touch with your long-distance friends.
Send this episodes to a long-distance bestie so you can both tune in to the podcast this week.
If doing the same job for the rest of your life feels like a prison sentence, you'll love this episode.
This one is for our girls who want to have as many life experiences as possible, work all the jobs, and wear all the hats. We know what it's like to be a multi-passionate, go-getter with too many dreams to name.
However, we also know the fear that goes along with what other people have to say about career jumps and passion changes.
Does changing our minds on what we want in life make us flakey? Tune into The Fearless Chase Podcast to find out what Bestie Beth and Mads have to say about it.
Meet Jenna, the friend every girl wishes she had. 💁🏻♀️
I couldn't be more excited to let you know my fellow Texas girly, Jenna Curran, is on the podcast today. This episode is for all my girls who are interested in a life of a content creator.
We touched on
- How she got involved with Aerie
- What life is like as a micro-influencer
- How to be intentional with friendships
- What led to her new adventure Little Big Moments
- How we both like to make a big deal out of EVERYTHING!
Not only is this episode full of quality girl talk, but she even shares a game that you MUST play with your friends at your next girls night called "Endless Cheers!"
Play this episode on your next hot girl walk and see what the "Endless Cheers" game is all about and why Jenna is a girl you wanna know!
Hold up.. they're talking about WHAT on the podcast?!
Today my friend Raya Reaves is chatting about a topic that can sometimes feel uncomfy... MONEY.
Raya shares her personal experience getting out of $25K debt.
Not only that, but she's telling us all about how she went from acting school and in debt to a budgeting coach and out of debt.
I love the way Raya approaches talking about money, and tbh it helped me see financial conversations in a brand new light. It IS possible to feel in control of your money and comfortable talking about it‼️
Traveling the world with STRANGERS?
Everyone meet Susie Hutcheson, your new freaking incredible friend and your new best IG follow. Susie is on the podcast today and our conversation was just fire.
In this episode, you can expect to hear about... what it's like to travel, with people you've never met, how immersing yourself in new cultures can change your life, why travel opens up a whole new world of creativity, the freedom she's experienced lately.
If you make drastic changes in your life I wouldn't be surprised, because it's THAT good.
Claudia is the lip-sync queen, TikTok sensation, and honestly our new BFF.
In this episode, we are talking about
- Her impressive lip-syncing skills
- Her 700K following on TikTok and how she navigates showing up on the platform
- How she took her not-so-normal talents and turned them into something that works for her and not against her.
- How you can do the same with your quirks!
There's a 12/10 chance you're going to laugh out loud while listening to this episode, and leave feeling inspired to chase your dreams.
We ALL know that one girl.
You know, the girl who is living it up in her 20s, brunching her way through new cities and always on the go. For me, that girl is my dear friend Kaylie Ricks.
Today on the pod we’re talking about what life looks like nowadays, reality TV (of course), and all things travel! If you are someone who wants to live a life of adventure but you're not sure where to start, then WRUD friend?!
Click play -- You’re going to love this one!
“We should totally hang out sometime!” never actually hangs out
The epitome of adult friendships.
Have you ever said that to someone even though you know you have no intention of actually making time for it in the near future? TBH, I’m guilty of it too…
Jeanette Tapley is bringing the HEAT on the podcast today talking all about navigating adult friendships.
When I tell you this episode was basically scripted for anyone who is finding it difficult to be in the community as a young adult — NO. JOKE.
TUNE IN for some company and conversation while you’re making dinner, going on a walk, or driving down the road.
Stranger Things fans, you're about to freak the freak out.
On today's episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast, I am interviewing none other than Tristan Spohn (AKA: 002 in the newest season of Stranger Things).
Without spoiling too much, here's what you can expect to hear about...
-How he moved to LA at 17 to pursue his dreams
-What it was like to face rejection
-How to avoid letting achievements define your worth
Long story short ----- it's A MUST LISTEN.
This was Tristan's first- podcast interview EVER which made this episode even sweeter. Ok, enough talking, go listen to this episode!
PS: If you've never seen Stranger Things... Imma need you to fix that, like tonight (watch it on Netflix).
Today on The Fearless Chase Podcast I’m sitting down with a ray of actual sunshine, Bethany Hackmann (AKA -- Bestie Beth).
I know I say this EVERY episode, but it’s a must-listen.
Let’s face it, friends, we’re living in a chaotic world, and finding the bright side might not always come naturally for you. Beth brings some great insight on how we can live in joy amidst the struggle of life.
If you're in your 20's or 30's, you're likely having a lot of the same conversations with your girlfriends that I am. Chatting about things like getting your own place, whether or not to get married, and the biggest topic of conversation lately -- having kids. As someone who's never been pregnant before, I have a LOT of questions. The thing I love most about getting to hear a friend share her experience on pregnancy, birth, and motherhood overall, is that every person's experience is completely unique. I have yet to hear two people have the exact same story. In this conversation I'm getting to chat with my friend Abbi Miller about her own experience and how that's shaped her life into what it is today.
In every coming of age story there's a moment when the main character decides that they're finally going to have the courage to fully be themselves. To live the life that they've always wanted to regardless of what others around them have to say about it. In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast I'm sitting down with the one, the only, Karsen Murray. We're chatting all about how to live life based on your own definition of success instead of someone else's. If you're ready for the bestie heart-to-heart you've been looking for, hit play!
Where are all my new mamas at?! It was a total treat to sit down with my friend, Tianna Tye, to talk about pregnancy as a business owner. Tianna radiates joy and reliability which makes this episode GOLD no matter what stage of life you're in. We all have things to balance and even if it's not a baby and a business we know you will learn something new by tuning in to this episode.
Let me set the scene for ya. You just took hopped out of the shower, put on the comfiest lounge set, and are about to join your bestie on the couch for the type of conversation that starts off talking about your biggest pet peeve and ends with a deeper heart to heart around how to get to the root of why we struggle to trust ourselves. This week's conversation with Denika Spadafora is one that will leave you wanting to spend the day with just yourself, your thoughts, and (of course) an iced oat milk chai.
Remember the days when our parents warned us not to meet strangers on the internet because everyone on the other side of the chat room wanted to kidnap us? Funny enough, the internet is where I meet most of my friends these days. In fact, it's where I've built some of my closest friendships. In this episode I'm sitting down with my bestie Michelle Hagen to discuss everything from how rude Target self-check out cameras are to what it was like to meet in person for the first time.
If there was a way to sum up being 27 in a podcast episode, it'd be this. My sweet friend (and cool girl next door) Tess Rolli and I chat about having a classic quarter life crisis, trying to figure out what the heck your style is, and of course (because we keep it real over here) unpack the write of passage we all wish to avoid - making peace with your body. No matter where you're at in your journey with learning to love yourself, I think you'll truly love this one!
POV: You just worked your entire life towards your DREAM career only to find out when you got there that you actually wanted to do something else. Sound familiar?
In this week's episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast I'm sitting down with University of Texas Engineering grad turned photographer + content creator, Sarah Wong.
If you've been feeling that pull for change in your heart, stop what you're doing and hit play! This one's for you my friend.

If there was a tween coming of age movie for business the overarching theme would be owning who you are and setting boundaries in business. It’s the thing that we think we have a handle on until we quickly realize we don’t and sometimes it takes having our best friend sidekick to pivot our point of view just a little bit to help us figure it out for ourselves. Lucky for us, this movie, or rather episode, comes with our very own best friend to do just that. In this week’s episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast mental health counselor Rachel Ann Dine is jumping on to show us the way.
In our conversation Rachel Ann shares about:
Starting the journey of owning who you are by increasing self-awareness asking yourself a set of questions.
Taking a deep dive into understanding your personality traits and unique qualities by busting them out.
Acknowledging all the things that make you great, unique, and wonderful but also the pieces that you know you could improve upon. Learning to see the improvements as a learning opportunity versus a negative.
Working to develop your own personal style in life and business by not engaging in comparison trap thinking, bringing the focus back to you to build the foundation of owning self, and learning to be comfortable with who you are.
You are so unbelievably awesome just the way you are. It’s time the world knows it by owning who you are and setting boundaries in business!

You know the famous Nike phrase, "just do it?" It's one that has run through my head every time I'm about to take a huge leap of faith without any indication of a safety net below. Leaving my corporate job, throwing my first women's event, starting a podcast. While some people may think it's impulsive to take a leap of faith, I know it's the only way to answer the question "what if?" Sure, some of them don't work out.
Take the time I tried to go for the Zooey Deschanel look in high school, box dyed my own hair and ended up with black ends and fire red roots for example. However, some of them have turned out to be the greatest decision I've ever made and the only way I could have ever known is to just try.
The thing about trying is you can't wait for things to be perfect - they never will be. You have to learn the art of taking imperfect action. In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast I'm sitting down with brand strategist and business educator Lauren Grayson of Embracing Edge to hear her top tips and tricks for how to take imperfect action. Because remember, done is better than perfect!
Remember the exciting moment when your business really started to take off? You started gaining so many clients that you actually had to start turning some away.
Not there yet? Don't worry, you will be! And when you are you're going to want to start outsourcing and building out your dream team to help you.
But, just having the people there to help is only half the battle. Knowing how to lead them is the part most people don't realize when they start posting job offerings in every Facebook group they're a part of. Tatiana O'Hara, a teams operations coach, is digging into how you can go from overwhelmed to thriving CEO of a dream team.

With everything going on in 2020 it’s fair to say that a lot of us are kind of in a quarantine slump. We’ve gone through what I call the stages of quarantine.
Stages of Quarantine:
Panic that the world is ending and go to as many stores as you can to get toilet paper because it is now our new currency.
Realize that maybe working from home with your spouse isn’t so bad.
You give in and join TiKTok. You make 2 videos and realize these dances are harder than they look.
You watch everything there is on Netflix. You buy puzzles for the first time since you were 9. You play all the board games that are shoved at the top of your coat closet.
You’ve done all the things and have nothing left to do but really take a look at your life and see what really matters and where change can be made.
Stage 5 is where most of us are finding ourselves these days and now more than ever we’re looking for self-care, motivation, and how to get out the quarantine slump.
In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast life and career coach Victoria Greenwald is digging into where self-care really begins, what it looks like, why we need it, and how we can use self-care and knowing ourselves to give us the motivation we need when we simply can’t be bothered.
If you’ve been feeling like this season is extra hard, you’re not alone. This is something we’re all learning to navigate together one day at a time. If you’re looking to hear what’s been working for Victoria, hit play!

So, I’ve got to be honest. I DREADED the inevitable question every business coach would ask, “what makes you unique?” Honestly, I wanted to say, “ I have no clue and this is why I have hired you to find within me my unique brilliance. Please find it and tell me how to market it!” If you've ever felt stuck in the same boat, this week's episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast is just for you! Hey friend I am so beyond excited for today’s episode because today is our 100th episode celebration! It’s crazy to think that this idea I had almost two years ago has brought us so far together.
We’ve learned from some of the most amazing women and men on this show and I thought instead of doing just a normal episode that we would do something a little more special. I wanted to celebrate with this community as if we were all together at a party.
Except this party isn’t one of those ones where you have to worry about getting super dressed up or having everything perfect.
In fact, I want you to picture yourself along with the rest of the others of us in this community all crammed in my living room. I’m talking sitting on the floor, no make-up, track shorts and a t-shirt, gossip girl playing in the background, eating mouthfuls of chips and guac, sleepover style hang out except I’m kicking you out at the end of the night because I can only hang until about 10 pm and then I crash.
This community has meant so much to me and while we can’t all celebrate in person, I wanted to celebrate by bringing the party to you!
It feels like a secret mystery as to what it’s really like working for yourself and I couldn’t have thought of a better way to explain it than to sit down with a friend and quiz them like a seventeen magazine article. In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast, brand videographer Brady Clayton is jumping on the show to share the in's and out's of working for yourself.
Deciding to start a business can be super exciting. Especially the part when you're planning out your brand. For most new entrepreneurs, we hear branding and think colors, logos, aesthetics. We may even have an entire Pinterest board filled with color pallets and fonts we love. But, there’s a huge step before deciding all of that, that a lot of us are missing. There are 4 things you need to know about your brand before choosing all visuals.
When most of us start a business, it’s usually because we want to help others and we have an idea of a lifestyle that we want for ourselves that can be achieved through the business we’re building. However, we can often find ourselves designing our lifestyles around our business, instead of the other way around. In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast Grace Blacksea of Quench Collective is sharing how we as creative entrepreneurs can start building a business that supports our dream lifestyle.
It’s no secret that as entrepreneurs we tend to deal with a high level of stress on a pretty regular basis. I think for a lot of us that’s kind of the name of the game and learning to manage the stress has made it's way to the bottom of the list.
Wondering if you're the only one struggling with your particular vice? We dig into the most common habits we turn to when we're stressed and how we can replace them with healthy ones to set us back on track for success.
In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast, we're taking a look at self-care through a different lens. We're digging into how we can put a focus on self-care through healing your skin.
I'm sitting down with Katie Morris of Your Pure Face as we discuss what true self-care means and how it affects our self-confidence. We hit on daily practices to help you be more intentional about self-care and how to holistically heal your skin.
In this episode of The Fearless Chase Podcast, I'm talking with video marketing expert Patricia Kelikani about why we should be considering growing our business through video. There are so many people who want to try video, but they’re so nervous about being in front of the camera and all the elements that go into it.
From how to be confident to what equipment you really need, we're covering it all so you can crush it in front of the camera!

According to Alex, there are two very important parts to creating a website- keeping an optimal user experience, while also keeping it aesthetically pleasing! She says that you can actually create a website with both beauty and brains!

She breaks down the Know - Do - Have approach of marketing, among so many other strategies. Teaching you how to give your dream clients what they need before even purchasing your services to set them up for success and keep them coming back for more!

In this episode, Courtney Vaughn shares her story and her experience with truly turning her mess into her message. After walking through a traumatic experience with domestic violence, she chooses to take the pain from her past and turn it into the fuel she needs to chase her passion everyday. In doing so she has been able to nurture a business that focuses on shedding light on such a heavy message. Instead of living her life as a victim of domestic abuse, she lives out a life of survival. She uses her voice and love of cosmetics to speak so much light into others who have gone through any kind of trauma.
Looking for all of the ways to optimize your workday to become the best CEO you've ever had? This is definitely the episode for you! Aubree Malick breaks down the top productivity hacks for female entrepreneurs and explains how to switch from an employee mindset to the CEO mindset!
She jumps into how to keep distractions like your cell phone to a minimum and how to even schedule in time for social media so you don’t have to feel guilty about it! Everybody is different, and as an entrepreneur, your schedule will look different from others, but there is a way to make yours work for you!
As entrepreneurs, its not uncommon to deal with anxiety and perfectionism. We often think they are a part of our DNA - except they are NOT! It may seem silly to think that you need to hear how to chase a dream, but the truth is a lot of don’t know how. The unknown is what keeps us in the fear of never reaching our dream.
Did you know that there’s actually a difference between a dream and a goal.
Definition of a goal: the object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result.
Definition of a dream: a cherished aspiration, ambition, or ideal.
A dream is attached to your heart. It runs deep.
Here are the three things I have learned to be true when chasing a dream. 1. Don’t despise small beginnings. -Nothing worth having is easy.
-Don’t get stuck in imposter syndrome.
-You may be called to the same arena, but you have your own flair to add.
You have a dream within you. Give it a chance to bless this world. Give it a chance to bless you. Only you can bring this world your story, don’t let us pass by without it.
