Commodore 64 remixes and original SID sounds to go!

View Details

Hey-hey-hey! It’s the 64th episode of the C64 Take-away, and a very special one at that. On June 16th 2005, I released the very first episode into the wild. And now, exactly 20 years later, it’s time to wrap up and move on – and what better episode number than 64 to end on? And what better way to do so, than with a selection of my personal favorites?

I have had a blast spreading the Commodore Love and interacting with everyone over the years. But it’s also lingered at the back of my mind more or less constantly since day one. Curating the mix of C64 remixes and SID chiptunes for each episode has taken up a LOT of time and energy. So for the better part of a year I’ve thought about this being the perfect opportunity to let it go and free up the mental space. That said; The conversation doesn’t need to end here, so if you feel like it, then by all means get in touch – either here, on Mastodon or via e-mail. And if you don’t, no problem.

Take care, stay safe, bye-bye.
