Leadership experts Doug Lennick and Chuck Wachendorfer, partners at think2perform, endeavor to help clients “make the ideal real.” Their approach emphasizes self-awareness and emotional competency as the foundational elements for improved decision-making, effective self-management and in turn, authentic leadership. The first step is to strengthen your own leadership skills through learning agility, effective communication, and embracing empathy and compassion.

An interesting distinction we discussed is the difference between the ideal self and your real self. Ideal self is about intention and aligning your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to your values. The real self is representative of the behaviors experienced by others and requires great self-awareness to bridge the gap between the two. Most people skip self-mastery and go straight to technical mastery, which is a huge mistake because living out of alignment is a source of stress, dissatisfaction and poor decision-making.

Values are such a big underpinning of Doug and Chuck’s work that they developed The Values Card Exercise, which has been completed by over 120,000 people in 146 countries. The research they conducted from the results revealed that the top 10 values are consistent around the globe. Tune in to learn what they are! As a hint, the #1 value is Family.

Doug and Chuck are co-authors of the new book in which they share all their wisdom and experiences: DON’T WAIT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX IT: 8 Essentials to Enhance Your Leadership Impact at Work, Home, and Anywhere Else That Needs You.

You’ve head of Emotional Intelligence (EI). The next evolution is Spiritual Intelligence (SI), so tune in to learn all about it! Yosi Amram is a licensed clinical psychologist, CEO leadership coach, author, and pioneering researcher in the field of Spiritual Intelligence. Spiritual Intelligence harnesses the immense resources of spirituality such as Purpose, Presence, Egolessness, Compassion, Freedom, and Grace – which are components of effective leadership in general. Yosi’s research has shown that people with high levels of SI have a greater sense of well being and satisfaction with life, and make better and more inspiring leaders.

Lest you think Yosi is solely “woo-woo,” know that he is a former Israeli IDF serviceman, during which time he received numerous leadership awards. He’s also a Harvard MBA and founder and CEO of two technology companies that he led through successful IPOs. Then, despite his company’s success, Yosi shares how he experienced a “dark night of the soul” leading to a new path. That’s when he pursed a PhD in clinical transpersonal psychology, which integrates the psychological with the spiritual, ultimately designing a model for Spiritually Intelligent Leadership. We had an interesting discussion about mirror neurons and the electromagnetic field of energy that is palpable between people and in organizational culture.

Yosi recently published a book on the topic, Spiritually Intelligent Leadership: How to Inspire by Being Inspired. He is also the founder of several non-profits including trueMASCULINITY.org and Engendering-Love.org. If this groundbreaking topic is of interest to you, he offers a free SI assessment as well as a paid SI 360 on Intelligensi. Also, check out his community for “Awakening SI,” a free series of gatherings and workshops occurring every third Friday of the month starting in February 2024.

Do you struggle with communication clarity, brevity, and/or effectiveness? If so, tune into this episode with award-winning marketing entrepreneur Ben Guttman. In addition to founding and growing a successful marketing company, Ben is an adjunct professor at Baruch College and author of Simply Put: Why Clear Messages Win and How to Design Them, which “simply put,” is about how to communicate with clarity. But simple is HARD WORK, so join us to learn how to break through the noise, why some messages work when others don’t, and why some leaders inspire change when others don’t.

We had conversations about a few specific brands with memorable messages such as Geico with the caveman and gecko campaigns. Other interesting topics discussed included why constraints are good in that they create pressure to experiment and do something different, playing Jenga with your message, additive bias, and the Dunning-Kruger effect.

An author after my own irreverent heart, Ben penned chapter titles such as “Our stupid brains in our busy worlds,” “Fighting the Frankenstein idea,” and “Say shit without the bullshit.” In this insightful (and often funny) book, Ben explains how to design effective messages that feature five key pillars:

  1. Beneficial
  2. Focused
  3. Salient
  4. Empathetic
  5. Minimal

Ben also offers speaking, consulting, and fractional CMO services, with the SIMPLE tagline, “I help good people and great brands tell the world why they matter.”

If you are a business owner or entrepreneur interested in strengthening your business outcomes, worrying less, and improving personal time management and work/life balance, then tune into this episode with Patrick Esposito, an entrepreneur and attorney who has supported 100+ organizations. The cold hard truth is that 50% of businesses fail by their fifth year, and Patrick wanted to know why. With wisdom from his new book, The Structure of Success: A Framework to Help Build Your Business Better, we discuss the eight categories that his research showed most impact success:

  1. Governance models and composition
  2. Management team models, composition, engagement, and compensation
  3. Adjustments and pivots
  4. Growth and infrastructure development
  5. Business disputes and breakups
  6. Acquisitions, mergers, exits, and other transactions
  7. Disaster preparedness
  8. Succession planning

As a former salesperson and leader, one of the highlights for me was failure to align compensation with business goals. For example, when salespeople are paid based on top line only, there is little incentive to be cost conscious and compliance focused, for example.

Patrick currently serves as president of ACME General Corp, a leading public sector innovation advisory business. Also, he recently launched Initiative Labs LLC to help small and medium-sized business leaders apply the approaches, methodologies, and tools from this book.

In this episode, we bust the longstanding myth that “emotions don’t belong in the workplace.” I am joined by Markus van Alphen, Founder and Director of The Excellent Organization. Markus is a renowned leadership psychologist, author of more than 15 books in Dutch and English, and lecturer on Excellent Leadership and Observational Listening, a term he coined to describe a methodology that takes active listening to a higher level.

The psychological safety to express one’s authentic emotions is the key to improved workplace communication because these can’t be faked. Observational listening demands consistent and purposeful awareness of and empathy for our colleagues. This helps them feel supported, thus boosting performance, well-being, and ultimately, business success. In other words, empathy is a competitive advantage! In fact, an extensive Oxford and British Telecom study into happiness and productivity found that workers are 13% more productive when they’re happy.

Markus’ most recent books include The Excellent Leader and The More Excellent Leader. The third book in this trilogy, The Most Excellent Leader, will be released in late 2023 and teach leaders dynamic conversation skills in specific situations. In addition, Markus offers a variety of courses sharing essential tools the excellent leader can use to be more empathic and emotionally intelligent.

What does ESG even stand for? How does it differ from Impact Investing? What does it all mean? What does it look like in practice? Today’s impressive guest and dear friend will shine a light on all of these questions and more. Beata Kirr is a Managing Director and Chief Impact Officer at Chicago-based The Copia Group, an innovative new company that provides growth capital in the form of private credit to women and ethnically diverse-owned businesses. Their focus is on companies with revenue between $5-150 million, which are the true engine of the economy. Prior to Copia, Beata was the Co-CEO of a huge private wealth businesses managing over $100 billion, including leading the creation and allocation to all purpose-driven investment strategies (and before that, we were colleagues at Goldman Sachs!). As you can see, you’ve got a real guru to explain these topics to you in what I promise is a very assessable manner.

Simplistically, ESG tends to be backwards looking for assessing and reporting risk, while Impact Investing is forward looking and intentional – looking at how capital can have an impact beyond financial measures to drive measurable change (comment from the peanut gallery (me): and impact beyond superficial greenwashing PR stunts). For the recipient of impact capital, the money is material to achieving specific goals. Beata explains her three “-alities,” intentionality, additionality, and materiality as key criteria. We then explored an exemplary company in this milieu, Patagonia, which also happens to be one of my favorite brands on the planet. That’s partially due to the internal and external cultures they’ve created through their mission, values, people strategy, product supply chain, and philanthropy. Tune in to hear about their brainchild, 1% for the Planet, as well as the unique restructuring they recently accomplished to align their corporate structure to their core values. Inspiring is an understatement.

Lastly, we had a vibrant discussion about the shift from E (environmental) to S (social) that we’re currently seeing within ESG. Social isn’t just about diversity and inclusion of gender, ethnicity, and other traditional measures. Today, it also involves addressing income gaps, crafting employee cultures of psychological safety, and speaking out consistently and transparently about relevant social issues. For organizations who desire to move toward more purposeful impact, a few of the many suggestions Beata offered include knowing and living by your values, having constructive conflict protocols, setting up an anonymous complaints system, and offering differentiated and modern benefits such as secondary caregiver benefits.

Even if you’re not directly involved in the ESG or Impact world as an organization or investor, this episode is important for all human beings who care about the world.

Join us for this fascinating conversation with master storyteller and Chief Story Architect of Build the Story, Dan Manning. Of his superpower, he says, “I’m a story specialist. I help you build business stories that hold attention long enough to get to YES!” The role of story in daily life and decision making cannot be underplayed, and it’s an underutilized advantage for leaders. In fact, stories are fundamental to the human experience, and all our stories shape how we view the world and interact with others.

Dan helps leaders and organizations craft persuasive stories for a myriad of purposes, including marketing and customer acquisition, capital raising, communicating vision, and personal branding. The core of any story is simple, and the focus is on CHANGE: before it was like this, then there was a change, and now it’s like this. Dan shares other helpful tips to help leaders craft their own compelling stories.

Dan has an interesting story himself that we explore and relate to his current business, including 25 years in the Air Force, first as a fighter pilot and then as a military diplomat (think Russia and ISIS campaigns and speechwriter for the most senior officials in the Air Force). Dan works 1:1 with clients and also offers a community-based course on storytelling. To learn more about working with him, contact him on LinkedIn.

Tune in to hear from Osteopath, Educator, and Posturologist Mat Boule about an exciting new approach to manage pain and restore balance to our oh-so-delicate bodies. Posturology is paired with functional neurology to diagnose and treat problems emanating from the spine. It’s not about ergonomics, sitting up straight, or the inner ear.

Among other aspects, Mat explains how imbalances in the eyes and feet are major culprits of dysfunction and even learning challenges. Not surprisingly, when there are breaches, the body compensates with tilts and rotations that screw up our bodies for a lifetime. This statistic will shock you: 80% of humans are born with eyes that don’t coordinate properly. As far as the feet, imbalances start to develop as infants when learning to crawl (something else for which we can blame our parents lol)!

IMHO, smart leaders will introduce Posturology as an employee wellness benefit because once people’s bodies are more aligned, their cognitive and technical performance at work will improve dramatically. In full disclosure, I’m a patient and have never experienced anything like this before so I wanted to share it with the world!

On today’s episode, I chat with Susan Black, the dynamic founder of Wowzitude, which offers interactive, moderated live-streamed virtual walking tours led by local guides. Susan Black is WOW in her own right, and her latest entrepreneurial venture takes it to a new level. Founded in November 2020, Wowzitude not only filled a pandemic void but also a long-term need for armchair travelers looking to scratch their travel itch. Susan shares the story of how the seed for this innovative idea started with a passing comment from her late mother, who was then in an assisted living facility. What struck me is how quickly she busted a move to turn the idea for Wowzitude into a reality, starting small and growing swiftly to currently offer 104 global tours (and growing!) conducted by 87 top-notch guides eager to share their favorite spots using high end A/V technology. And the experiences go well beyond the Zoom tours; they also provide family recipes from the guides, signature local cocktail recipes, and related book and movie suggestions. This space was natural for Susan with her many decades-long travel and tourism experience.

Among the clients Wowzitude serves are assisted living facilities, alumni groups, museums, religious groups, travel agencies, and people who do plan to travel but want to conduct some due diligence on potential locales. In its short time in business, Wowzitude has garnered many awards, including the 2022 Think Global Travel Creative Ingenuity Award, 2023 Top Small Business Big Wins from Barclays, and the AARP Innovation Labs Audience Choice Award. You’ll be a raving fan too if you become a Wowzitude subscriber. To learn more and get a sneak peek at upcoming travel experiences, visit their website.

Cecilia Dahl is the OG remote work expert; she has been conducting business virtually for 30 years, so she is not a pandemic also-ran. Her consulting business is Key 360, and she is a valued resource to clients with her unique “Productivity Anywhere” leadership mindset. In today’s episode, Cecilia shares some really differentiated tips, not the common sense ones that everyone talks about. For example:

  • Create experiences in periodic all-hands offsites that have little to no business content. Instead, do things that create bonding and connection. She and her team once did cooking classes, for instance. It’s easy for trust to erode in an all remote environment, so be vigilant about this!
  • Schedule video chat times for people to get to know each other on a more personal level WITHOUT you present! You being in the virtual (or any room) changes the vibe, and not in a way that encourages sharing.
  • Be alert to subtle cues when interacting with individuals and your team on Zoom/Teams that someone may be pulling away. This could mean that a process is broken or someone is feeling disconnected. “Isolation is a monster that hovers over remote teams, Cecilia proclaims.

Cecelia is also a serial entrepreneur who has started several companies, along the way raising 3 rounds of VC capital, obtaining 3 patents, and growing one biz to over $100mm before a profitable exit. And there’s more…She’s the co-author of Unlocking The Secrets of Remote Leadership and is one of 30 female leaders featured in The Great LeadHERship Awakening. Cecelia recently launched a YouTube channel called “Dear Cecilia,” an obvious nod to Dear Abby, but instead of dispensing life advice, she addresses questions about leading remotely. If you have a question you want to pose to Cecelia to be featured on the show, contact her via her website.

Join me today if you want the key to the entrepreneurship kingdom! I’m speaking with a colleague and good friend, Rod Dauphin, who is the Education Services Director for the esteemed Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (GS10kSB) philanthropic grant program at LaGuardia Community College in NYC. A requirement of the program is to complete a rigorous training program. I happen to be an adjunct facilitator, teaching the Leadership and People/Culture modules, so I’m a bit biased about this program and Rod :). So far, GS10kSB has served over 13,000 businesses with no end in sight. In his 12 year tenure serving the program’s NYC-metro region, Rod and his team have advised over 1,300 businesses.

Having started six of his own companies beginning at age 22, Rod has immersed himself in entrepreneurship, small business, and community his entire career. Some of the wisdom he shares includes:

  • While money may be an obstacle, don’t let it be a deterrent
  • People respect consistency
  • As a former college football player, put team, vision, and culture first
  • Play as a team and help people grow as individuals

Rod is also a budding author and podcast host. Stay tuned for his upcoming book due out in July 2024, The Sports in Business, in which he applies relatable sports analogies to operating a thriving business. Along with two friends, he is soon launching the Black Dad Unfiltered podcast to promote understanding, healing, and changing the narrative around black men both at home and at work. What an important and timely initiative!

If you or someone you know may be interested in the GS10kSB program, please apply!

Carolyn Swora is a self-professed “recovering over-worker and people pleaser.” I’m sure that sounds familiar! On today’s episode, learn how she not only overcame those burdens but also blossomed into a “Human Spirit Ignitor” with a passion for developing trauma-informed leaders. First, Carolyn helps us define trauma: it’s not just something extreme; it’s any emotional wound or distressing event that you’re not able to cope with easily. In other words, trauma is relative and not to be minimized or compared.

Leaders, listen up! The CDC recently quantified that the lifetime cost of toxic stress, adversity, and trauma is over $120 billion. So, it literally costs your company money if you and your leaders don’t get smarter and more intentional about this topic. In other words, LEADERS ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO DO THIS WORK, so be informed about how to engage with people who have experienced trauma. Ok, then how do I become a trauma-informed leader?? Carolyn offers many tips, including:

  • Being aware of and sensitive to trauma and the fact that it can deplete us in conscious and unconscious ways, including at work.
  • Do not ask. Your people can share if they choose to, but by no means is that necessary.
  • That doesn’t mean you have to play therapist!!
  • Do your own work. Be committed to learn more about yourself.
  • Create a safe space, which means you show up nonjudgmentally, so people feel seen and heard.
  • This is a vital piece of DEIB work.

Carolyn is a certified Dare to Lead facilitator of Brene Brown’s famous work on vulnerability. She’s also the host of Podcast: Evolve: A new era of leadership and author of two books, Evolve: The Path to Trauma-Informed Leadership and Rules of Engagement: Building a Workplace Culture to Thrive in an Uncertain World.

It was a real treat to have Luke Iorio on the show to discuss an important topic we’ve never specifically covered before: Masculine Vulnerability. He is the former President and CEO of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most renowned coaching certification programs in the world. WAIT, LADIES – this episode is for you too because you all have men in your life to support!

Vulnerability flies in the face of how most men were socialized for millennia – to be tough and push down emotions, essentially a world that “trains warriors.” When working with clients to become more self-aware about their own personal and societal conditioning, Luke taps into the commonly held value of freedom. He points out that past conditioning is actually a prison that keeps them trapped and not free at all. Vulnerability is one of the highest forms of strength and fosters empowered decision-making. Some tangible suggestions he offers include:

  • Join a men’s group as a community of support
  • Work with a coach
  • Close your eyes and do a body scan from head to toe. This is important because emotions are stored in our body, and if we can learn from its intelligence, there is big leverage for change.
  • Ask yourself some tough questions:
    • Imagine it’s 10-ish years from now and you’re having dinner with your kids, who are now in their early/mid 20s. They will create their lives based on what you have modeled. How will you explain to them why you made the choices that you did?
    • Are you willing for them to live the same life?

Luke also hosts an inspiring podcast, On This Walk, on which he vulnerably (of course!) shares some of his own life’s journey. The show is described as follows: “We’ll walk together and explore mostly from the personal journey perspective—wrestling with meaning, tiptoeing to find balance, grieving and releasing our way into acceptance and forgiveness, stumbling back into joy, and rediscovering that peace has always been at the center of what we’ve needed and wanted.” Doesn’t that sound yummy??!!

As many of you know, psychological safety is a topic I constantly pound the table on. Join us to learn practical implementation tips from experts Minette Norman and Karolin Helbig. In their new book, The Psychological Safety Playbook: Lead More Powerfully by Being More Human, the duo became the first authors to provide actionable skills with real-life examples for implementing psychological safety in the workplace. Their work builds on that of renowned Harvard researcher, Amy Edmondson, who coined the term. The book is short – written for busy leaders – and provides 25 proven strategies to help leaders increase psychological safety on their teams by being human. Karolin has a PhD in human genetics and is a former McKinsey consultant. Minette has several decades of experience leading global teams in the software industry and most recently served as Vice President of Engineering at Autodesk.

They generously share the five major “plays” and offer an immediately actionable tip for each one:

  1. Communicate Courageously – ask the question, “what am I missing?”
  2. Master the Art of Listening – actively listen to understand, not to respond
  3. Manage Your Reactions – when you’re triggered, take a breath before responding instead of reacting on amygdala hijack
  4. Embrace Risk and Failure – be vulnerable enough to share your mistakes and failures and process the learnings
  5. Design Inclusive Rituals – have a “no interruptions” rule in team meetings and ensure the conversations aren’t dominated by the few voices who always speak up

Tune in for this and more! And navigate to the free resources on their website, including a snapshot of all 25 plays. They don’t have to be done in any particular order. Start with one small action and observe as the magic happens!

Today, I had a beyond FUN chat with Dr. Joey Faucette, an executive coach, author, podcaster, and architect of the Work Positive Framework. Dr. Joey bets that you have a “Kevin” at work. His name may be different, but all companies have one (likely more!). It’s all about him. Every. Single. Day. Kevin is negative only cares about what furthers his career; makes him look good to his boss. He yells when asked a question and blames others when deadlines are missed. His scientific species name is “suckus negativeous.” No N95 mask can prevent this pandemic of toxic bosses and coworkers! If this resonates, tune in to learn about the 5 key characteristics of a Work Positive Dream Team: Perceive, Conceive, Believe, Achieve, and Receive. We also discuss strategies to attract top talent that helps sustain a healthy culture and how to cope with negative people without becoming one yourself. Related to the latter, he shares the “Dr. Joey 2-step” with an analogy everyone will get – the toilet. Step 1: Grab the handle – ask yourself what you can learn from this person and how they might be a mirror to your own behavior. Step 2: Flush – flush away the inner critics that get more vocal when a ‘Kevin’ tries to knock you down. (I told you he is fun!).

Dr. Joey is also the author of best-selling book Work Positive in a Negative World: Redefine Your Reality and Achieve Your Business Dreams, host of the Work Positive Podcast, and genius behind The Work Positive Coaching Program. Folks, this episode is a good time, so please listen or watch now!

As early as his 20s, Dr. Eric Holsapple had all the outward trappings of success: a high-paying job, nice car, and other costly material items. Yet he wasn’t happy. Can you relate to this? If so, tune in for a special sneak peek inside Eric’s book, Profit with Presence: The Twelve Pillars of Mindful Leadership, due to be released on March 7, 2023. Don’t assume he is all woo; Eric has been a successful real estate professional for 40 years and lectured in real estate at Colorado State University for 20 years. He shares with me his unique first-hand experience on how merging business and mindfulness is a proven catalyst for changing lives and improving business outcomes.

Among the interesting topics we covered were how to start slowly with a meditation practice, why it’s important to be happy now because the “goal post” for societal definitions of happiness will always keep moving, and how to align new commitments with supporting habits. We also discussed Eric’s Mindful Leadership Program, a 9-month journey designed to teach heart-centered business professionals, entrepreneurs, and CEOs how to use mindfulness tools to support and guide their vision to reach new heights.

I had such a blast on today’s episode speaking with the three badass (pun intended!) cofounders of #femtech startup, Panic Panties. Alex Bernstein, Maria Marino, and Katherine Anne Coury, who went to Syracuse University together, hatched the idea over dinner one night in NYC. Panic Panties is doing for underwear what L’eggs did for pantyhose…making high quality options available ubiquitously on-the-go. Panties are already available at CIBO in airports, urbanoutfitters.com, and through delivery service, GoPuff, with more locations coming soon. Their products are individually packed panties that can be bought on the run or have as a staple in your handbag or office desk for when you’re in a … well, panic. You know, like when you unexpectedly get your period or want a fresh pair after 12+ hours in the office. Or when you leak a bit thanks to a big hardy laugh or cough (If you know, you know…). These ladies have bootstrapped their way to success so far, even though the pandemic hit just as they were launching. Learn about their recent Kickstarter campaign to fund the launch of a “brand-spanking” new product line in a big national drug store chain. We also discussed their corporate values (it wouldn’t be a LeaderShifter Show without it!), which are exemplary and truly define the brand and their journey:

  • Inclusivity – panty sizes range from 2-26 for all shapes, and options include various colors to appeal to various skin tones.
  • Quality – these are not granny panties! They are premium, soft, beautiful, and durable.
  • Sustainability – fabric and packaging are ethically & thoughtfully sourced: OEKO-TEX certified—AKA free of harmful chemicals.
  • Purpose – all sales help fund ocean cleanup.
  • Women’s wellness – panties have an antimicrobial lining to prevent bacteria and odor. And panties are pre-washed.
  • Fun – I mean, the use cases really lend themselves to lots of laughter!

Follow @panic.panties on IG and #panicpanties on TikTok or place an order on their website. You can also catch Alex, Maria, and Katherine Anne on The View on March 6th, 2023. @theviewabc

“If you want to know your values, show me your calendar, your pocketbook, and who you hire and fire,” dares Dr. Brad Harris,“ Professor of Management and HR at HEC Paris and Co-Founder of People Leader Accelerator. Join us as Dr. Brad shares powerful lessons that will push leaders to understand the hidden tensions that stifle growth. He counsels on how to transform the empty words of most organizations’ values into ones that are truly representative. First, identify what makes you different and reflect those in your values. Then recognize what behaviors are part of honoring those values. Some examples he’s helped clients craft include

  • We are a gratitude filled organization
  • We always say thank you
  • We don’t stop investing in development
  • We don’t cancel 1:1s

Another highlight was our discussion of how to nail down tangible ROI on leadership development efforts. Dr. Brad has also co-authored two books, 3D Team Leadership: A New Approach for Complex Teams and Scaling for Success: People Priorities for High Growth Organizations.

Did you know that 96% of small businesses don’t make it to their 10th birthday? And of the survivors, 91% never cross the $1mm revenue mark? If this is your world and/or you’re an entrepreneur struggling to work ON your business instead of IN your business, listen to my colorful conversation with growth coach Bradley Hamner. He specializes in working with small service-based businesses to help them beat the odds, asserting that “business is not a bathrobe” – meaning not one-size-fits-all. He coaches clients on six principles for success and prompts critical strategic thinking with such provocative questions as:

  1. What are your priorities, now and three years from now?
  2. Show me your calendar – are those priorities reflected in how you spend your time, and have you left white space for strategic thinking? (“Margin is a leadership discipline,” he wisely states.)
  3. Show me your scoreboards and scorecards – how do you track progress toward your priorities?
  4. Who is on your team? You need A-players. Hiring the wrong people is the equivalent of “smashing Rolexes” in terms of sunk costs. (I LOVE that analogy!!)
  5. What is your marketing and sales strategy?
  6. Do you have at least 3-6 months of cash as dry powder for the unexpected?

Bradley is also the host of the Club Capital Leadership Podcast. Take his Rainmakers Dilemma Assessment to identify the gaps and areas of growth in your business.
