Talking about not allowing fear to rule the day. When your loved one does not show up on time and where they are supposed to be, do you panic? Does your mind start to think the worst? I think I might do it myself however I see it in others all the time and I question it. So is the Pandemic changing the market data? Is the market off or down when it comes to real Estate? There are too many Realtors is what I hear so often, yet and still I cannot find quality Realtors to join my team? How can there be too many? Do we have something wrong with us? I open an office space and expose it to big traffic counts. I provide high quality equipment. I set the space up to be warm and inviting. And I offer a system that will be the envy of all others. The way of the future. Yet here we sit, waiting for and seeking the Realtor that has complained they cannot make any money because there are too many of us. I find that people who may have a predisposition about modular homes really just need to be educated to understand what it is that they offer and what makes them different. So we are going to scratch that surface here and now. Check it out.
