To all of my Warrior Queens, Sister Soldiers, and Engaging Allies of all backgrounds, genders & creeds.

A Warrior Queens podcast is dedicated to the education, elevation, empowerment, and exploration of what it means to be a strong black woman. I am redefining and reclaiming that narrative and what it means to me. This is a platform for women empowerment and social justice, but I will be touching a wide range of topics that influence how I interact with the wider world and my passions; from art & history, culture, truth, spirituality, to health and wellness. One day it’s seems you are your happiest, then the next seasonal depression begins to creep in on top of all this COVID related anxiety.

All your friends are busy and you get very lonely. And that’s okay, you aren’t weak, needy, helpless alone or whatever else your mental illness might be telling you.

So I figured I’d get a little bit personal and address it with the people who are following me on this journey Join me tonight for a much anticipated episode on A Warrior Queens Podcast, I’ll be touching on my absence, seasonal depression and ways to beat those Winter Blues ❄️⛄️
