The podcast is a space for the host and women she knows and loves to share stories of inner connection, healing, returning into their bodies, living mindfully and standing in their power!
The first episode is a reflection on lessons learnt from nature and some practical tips and actions we can take from this spring's energy of renewal and rebirth.
