I had to ring it in with an episode focused on the Soul Purpose of the entrepreneur… so today, I bring you Soul Purpose Leadership, Episode 100, Entrepreneurship: the Engine for Freedom and How to Access it Successfully featuring Jason Sisneros!
Jason Sisneros is obsessed with the game of business (he’s been a part of multiple Fortune 500 companies), particularly small business - his main passion. Jason's commitment extends beyond business- he volunteers as an undercover operative and helps fund a child sex trafficking rescue unit called SERT Ministries. Actively involved in anti-domestic violence and food insecurity initiatives, Jason believes ethical capitalism improves the world. He champions that successful business owners are among the most generous, driving positive change globally.
Today’s 100th episode is all about the game of business: who is cut out to be a business owner? This opportunity exists for everyone, yet 95% of people who start a business, fail. Jason even shares with us his “crash and burn” story that didn’t hold him down or define him - yet led to greater resilience and breakthrough! “It took me from nobody from nowhere… and gave me the opportunity to develop myself,” says Jason.
In today’s episode you can look forward to hearing about:
How small businesses are the engine of freedom - inviting us into optimizing our skillsets & refining us for integrity, authenticity + impact!
Top 3 things for the early business owner (3-5 years in) to not just survive, but THRIVE!
Reverse engineering your business with the end-game in mind!
Whether you’ve been in business for yourself for years and years or are thinking about taking that first step, today’s episode is a surefire way to get you thinking clearly - I can’t wait to see what conversations this sparks in the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast community (speaking of that - make sure you subscribe to our show so we can keep bringing on geniuses like Jason!). Money, money, money… you CAN have money abundance but there IS an equation to it, and there’s nobody better to talk about this topic than Chief Legal Officer Andre Pennington!
Today's episode is with one of the nation’s premier attorneys and financial professionals! Andre Pennington is a business owner, military attorney, and judge who blends his extensive knowledge of financial services with the intricate complexities of the law and on this episode we focus on going BEYOND wealth —> leading money in a different way to create lasting prosperity.
One takeaway for me from our interview: the willingness to fail and learn, time after time. Some of the most successful people have failed a lot but they get up, they keep going, and they learn from their results. We discuss generational patterns, abundance, and breakthrough as Andre shares his personal story… “The story that I make up about what I’m seeing is the one that carries the day - I don’t look at myself as a victim or powerless,” says Andre.
So, how do we move into a space of wealth and abundance? Tune in to this episode as I pick Andre’s brain on this and topics such as financial literacy, changing your generational branch, and how to go from those early stages of monetizing our deeper WHYs into the the leadership traits we leaders need to be implementing as we create more wealth.
“I don’t want to be the top dog… I want to create other leaders who can go out and do their own funnel outwardly.” -Andre Pennington 🔥

Launched another new episode of my podcast Soul Purpose Leadership today in honor of being just FIVE days out from taking a second spin on the TEDx stage!
Today’s solo episode is called “My TEDx Journey: The Lessons of Using My Voice as a Leader” and I hope you’ll pause your scroll to stop + search for it over on your podcast app (just search Soul Purpose Leadership). Today is all about my journey in creating my TEDx - 5 days out from my 2nd TEDx ever at Texas A+M on April 7!
This journey has been so profound since my last time taking the TEDx stage in 2019 and today I’m getting raw + giving you my journey of cultivating my speech. My speech is called the Chemistry of Resilience and is about understanding what healthy resilience is through my very own story.
One thing I’ve learned… when you are cultivating yourself as a speaker by articulating your message to allow others to create transformation… YOU transform. And that’s what’s happened to me over the years. On April 7th, I’m bringing to the stage this culmination of my life!
From the logistics of crafting more articulate and potent messages, to the emotions of navigating shame, guilt, and old wounds/triggers as I navigate the story of my life - I can’t wait for you to dig into today’s episode and follow along with my TEDx journey!
After all… we are ALL speakers. How we articulate and communicate directly impacts our relationships - and relationships are the stuff life is built on! We should desire to refine the craft of communication to serve our relationships.
I’ve learned a LOT - but at the end of the day, I’m human. And I FEEL human going into a speech. Yes, even I get nervous… tune in to today’s episode to hear my thoughts on this!
This message of the Chemistry of Resilience and all the fears I’ve moved through to get to this point… for YOU. Ted X. April 7. Here. We. Go.

Why move the needle for someone else? “I don’t want other to feel small,” says Ben, who bravely shares his story with us today.

Still buzzing from getting to host Dr. Caroline Leaf on my podcast this week, and such an important, life-saving topic… mental health + our children.
Dr. Leaf needs no introduction, but for the record - she is a communication pathologist, audiologist, clinical and cognitive neuroscientist with a Masters and PhD in Communication Pathology and a BSc Logopaedics, specializing in cognitive and metacognitive neuropsychology. Since the early 1980s she has researched the mind-brain connection, the nature of mental health, and the formation of memory. She was one of the first in her field to study how the brain can change (neuroplasticity) with directed mind input.
Basically, when Dr. Leaf talks, we better be listening!
It’s not an easy truth to face, but according to Dr. Leaf and research, children are now worse off than adults regarding mental health. “The mental health crisis that we are sitting with now is actually a symptom of something much larger - and that much larger crisis is one I believe of mind management,” says Dr. Leaf.
Dr. Leaf discusses everything from helping parents to help with our child mental health crisis, to the immune system of our minds. We discuss a shift from a more holistic approach over the decades to one of diagnosis, labeling, and suppression, and how diagnosis versus description masks resilience. “No child is trying to be difficult. They’re trying to process life.” -Dr. Caroline Leaf.
We also discuss neurocycles and Dr. Leaf’s new book, Mentally Resilient Kids. “Your brain is always changing, your body is always changing, your mind is always changing because you are always changing… because life is always changing.” Well said, Dr. Leaf!
Thanks listeners for your faithfulness in tuning in, rating, and sharing about Soul Purpose Leadership. It’s because of YOU that we get to host renowned guests like Dr. Caroline Leaf!

We are back with Episode 91 and today we get the very best pep talk from Kaylor Betts!
Kaylor Betts is a passionate and successful life and business coach, and the host of the Awake & Winning Podcast. Having undergone his own transformative journey, Kaylor intimately understands the challenges associated with living an asleep existence. Previously burdened by fatigue, illness, weakness, and financial struggles he embarked on an unwavering journey to liberate himself from limiting systems.
“I come from a lot of pain. Pain was by far the greatest teacher that I’ve ever had - but you’ve got to be open to it, says Kaylor. We discuss the opportunities of pain. How to honor, acknowledge, let it in… and still be optimistic. To “hold the keys!”
Being optimistic and awakening the leader within doesn’t always start with happiness, though. “You can even hate yourself… it was my hate for who I was at that time that actually propelled me to GET UP,” says Kaylor on starting small and thinking big.
We discuss the dangers of the “self love” movement and what TRUE confidence truly is… “I could F this up… and it would all be OK.” -Kaylor Betts
We also dig into the power of simply speaking the truth - identifying and standing by your principles. On not succumbing to the need for belonging + acceptance but rather having the courage to stand up for what you believe in. Whew!
Lastly, money money money… some serious thoughts on a hot topic this week.
Tune in, rate, review, and come back for more next time! “You Hold the Keys: How to awaken the Life & Leader Within” with Kaylor Betts is episode 91 of the Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast and we can’t wait to learn with you.

I recorded a podcast for my show today. Just me. Because while I’ve been honored to feature so many amazing guests these past many months - the reality is this topic might sting a bit and I needed to just come right at you with it.
I may now do coaching, consulting, speaking, and wellness leadership but I’m a healer by trade. I owned 2 brick and mortar practices and with my experience I bring you some areas and aspects of wellness that may be charging, triggering, activating. Hot topics. But I want you to be well - and you can be! You just need the right tools. So we are going there today!
I also discuss the 3 big WHYS of why healthcare practitioners are unhealthy, including one of the top things I see in healers that actually drains the EFF out of us.
At the end of the day, healers, remember that your clients are buying YOU, not your program. Are you healthy enough to stand up under that?
“It is our responsibility to do no harm to our clients… but first and foremost it is our responsibility to do no harm to ourselves.” -Jennifer Watson, Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast Episode 89.
I know there will be many thoughts and feelings surrounding this one so let’s dig in… listen, rate, review, and my inbox is open for your feedback, fellow healers.

It’s drop day! We got to host high performance coach/speaker Brett Eaton this week!
For 15 years, Brett has coached thousands of clients all over the world helping them get clear and excited about their life vision and let me just put it this way… you know that moment when you hear someone nail a truth that you know you need to hear, but he does it in a way that makes you not recoil? THAT is Brett and that is something that is missing in a lot of high performance coaches!
On today’s episode, we discuss the top 3 things high performers say to ourselves that prevent us from going next level. We also talk self-sabotage pitfalls, celebrating small wins, and ACCOUNTABILITY - some of the perks of working with a coach (as opposed to, say, a best friend).
We discuss success - “A lot of people have never identified what success actually means to them.” Surprisingly… it’s NOT more of that one thing we all tend to picture (tune in to find out!). I also share more of my own story of being stuck, even while 6 figures + “thriving.”
We end with 2-3 little shifts high performers can make TODAY to bring about greater harmony. This is so fun and empowering… but then again, that’s Brett!

What Seems Incongruent May Not Be
Today's episode is for those of you who have a decision to make… and the choice you're feeling pulled toward might feel counter-intuitive. Incongruent.
New job? Activity? Relationship?
Often, when something feels not "aligned" with us - incongruent - it’s because we're stepping into a space that is foreign to us... and yet, is deeply congruent with the new being we're becoming.
Many times when we sense that incongruency, it’s actually a place we're supposed to go. On today's episode, we're going to teach you ways to learn and process these emotions and move through them in order to actually GO somewhere!
Speak your truth. In YOUR voice. Learn. Adapt. Be open to counter-intuitive and incongruent things coming at you - it could very well be your next-level self. The world needs the fullest expression of you.
Making a Scary Decision and How to Handle Triggers
How many of you are in the midst of making a SCARY decision - but you know it’s the RIGHT decision? That feeling that you get in your gut... we tend to go to fight or flight - this is normal! But... how do we embrace and navigate this? When making an ultimately positive life-altering decision - and even at times those more mild, smaller decisions - you are going to be scared. When you understand what’s happening physiologically, you can better navigate this growth process. Even when we know it's a good move - the RIGHT move - our brains aren’t going to like this right away. So how do we navigate this? This is exactly what we dig into on today's episode.
And… what about when you DO make the change… and it doesn’t go as planned? What then? We discuss how to sift through these circumstances and how to lean in to the discomfort to find even greater gains. Pull yourself INto your body and OUT of your head. It starts right here - episode 76 of the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast. We can't wait to dig into this with you!
Luck is for Everyone: Inspired Perspective & How to Leverage It
Happy St. Patty’s month, Soul Purpose Leaders! This "lucky month" inspired today’s topic on luck... what does luck mean to you? Do you believe in it? Let’s get an inspired perspective on luck… to help leverage luck for YOU!
I used to think only certain people were lucky… it took a lot of power out of my hands. Now I realize it’s not about the person - it’s about what the person has done to CREATE their favor!
No matter what you believe about luck - join me today as we talk about shifting your environment to your favor. And don't forget: luck is for EVERYone, and that includes YOU.
How to Remove the Mountain from the Molehill… and get on with EPIC!
Today we're discussing that thing we often do: taking a small little molehill and making it a huge mountain - a block, which in turn limits our productivity and dampens our epicness. Why do we have a tendency to make mountains out of a molehill? We are genetically hardwired for this. But it doesn't have to be this way! Tune in to discover how to take yourself OUT of "fight or flight" and into a stable state of movement, growth, & productivity.
Today we’re diving into how to Engage Your Fascinating. So, how do you tap into your "fascinating"? Your expertise, your knowledge, your journey. THIS is what makes you fascinating, and this is what we need to be leaning into in our relationships and interactions with others.
Are you in a season of transition? Wanting to create growth, expansion, or just a change this year? Are you a thought leader/innovator looking to accelerate your impact for the world? It’s time to get aligned with your deeper purpose! This is what we’re here for - THIS is Soul Purpose Leadership.
Absolutely GIDDY for the relaunch of Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast on Valentine’s Day of all days - bringing you My Journey Toward Love!
Today’s NEW episode isn’t just about our intimate relationships - this is about journeying toward love in a variety of capacities. I dive into 3 types of love that actually relate to one another more than you may think.
One of the highest frequencies - what does love mean to you? How is your relationship with self-love, with family and friends, with your lover?
Some takeaways from today: Love has no connection to perfectionism, to what did/did not happen to you as a kid. Can you bet on you today? Even if you don’t fully believe it - can you step into it today? Being worthy of love, and worthy of loving yourself?
You are worthy. You belong. You are a vessel. You’re NOT an exception. You are beloved by our Creator, our Heavenly Father. Sit in that today, friends. He loved you. He made you. For this exact day, time, place in history… because He loves you. When you realize this - you are UNSTOPPABLE.
As always, thanks for tuning in to the Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast. Those of you who deeply desire to be the best version of you… to show up in the most powerful way as the leader you are… tapping into your Soul Purpose. Healing yourself. I am honored to be on this journey with you.

We’re kicking our 70th episode off with Business + Embodiment Coach Melissa Martin.
Coach Melissa Martin is host of the Boldly Courageous podcast, and Co-Founder of Ladies Aligned Media for conscious entrepreneurs. On today’s episode, “Be Boldly Courageous & Create Your Voice in Leadership,” Melissa shares her journey of losing her corporate finance job, to pivoting in and out of a successful network marketing business. Now, Melissa has stepped fully into coaching emerging leaders + entrepreneurs on the secrets to building a business from a place of true authenticity and alignment.
Melissa’s journey of having to reinvent herself and reorient her goals to discover her true purpose began with this realization: “You have a choice in everything you do. And that can be the most freeing experience, and also the most challenging. Because you realize that, OK, if I’m not happy where I’m at… I’ve chosen to be here.” What is it you’re choosing, and how might you need to reinvent your life? 💭
Melissa has faced a lot of rejection over the course of her business and personal journeys - something all of us high-performers can relate to. In many ways, we have those rejections to thank for getting us to a place of big-picture abundance. “Often times when we face rejection, it can be so terrible, but we don’t realize that we’re being redirected somewhere else,” shares Melissa.
We also discuss adapting new beliefs —> creating new actions —> producing different results (and absolutely NO self-shaming or self-sabotage allowed!). We must let intuition do its job. We must say YES and NO with intention and peace, creating healthy boundaries and staying in our power- our place of consent!

Business leaders!! This one’s for you! We’re bringing back one of our podcast faves Kelly Brock for Episode 66 of Soul Purpose Leadership and today we’re discussing “Changing the Landscape of Business Leaders: What it Means to Lead Like a WHOLE HUMAN!”
There’s nothing wrong with wanting to achieve at the highest level, unless it comes at the expense of your health and harmony.
On the surface, Kelly had it all together. But on the inside, she was struggling. She had become so addicted to achievement that she was neglecting her relationships and her health. And that’s when her body forced her to stop.
Creator of the Peaceful Performer Movement, she knows that it is possible to live a life of both peace and profit and she is here to share it with as many women as possible!
Here’s a glimpse into today’s conversation on shifting and swerving and learning and growing: “So much was able to come through because I was not fighting the noise of my life,” says Kelly, on getting away, stepping back, and reflecting.
Above the emotional, mental, and physical is the spiritual. We may want to get around it, but it’s the core of everything, and so we discuss spiritual growth strategies including scripture, meditation, right and left brain, journaling, and “somatic check-ins.”
Do you feel like you’re getting hit on all sides? That’s OK! You’re likely growing and finding your new voice. It may scare some people. And that’s just OK. “Keep finding your voice, but use the voice you have today. You were given a voice. You already have life lessons to speak from. You have experiences you can contribute to others. Give yourself permission that this is about evolving, not arriving.” -Kelly Brock
If you’re a business leader looking to change the landscape and lead like a whole human, remember that it starts with you - it’s your Soul Purpose. Today’s episode has everything you need to start your shift and see it through - and we can’t wait to cheer you along.

Articulating your vision.
Speaking up in your message.
Stewarding your gifts.
Getting back to connection.
These are just some of the topics we’re covering on today’s episode of the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast with David Norrie! David is the best-selling author of the book Turned On, co-host of the Turned On podcast and founder of Socially Speaking, an occupational training program designed to help entrepreneurs and professionals articulate their passions and products with a greater degree of charisma and marketability.
We brought David on the show today because in this second quarter of 2021, we’re diving a little deeper into what leadership is - having some tougher convos, because let’s be real - it’s time. It needs to happen. And we’re forging the way with you and for you.
On today’s episode, Leadership "+": The power of "stories," speaking up, elevator convos AND 1984!, we discuss storytelling. After all, storytellers are teachers, and as David says, “We have to get back to being human again.” Yep, we have to speak the truth even when - especially when - it’s hard.
Have you been feeling the urge to speak up, but for whatever reason are holding back? David encourages us to GO THERE. “There is no other option,” he says. “It’s supposed to be ugly… it’s supposed to be hard. Because it’s going to define why you get up out of bed every day.”
Finally, David teaches us that it’s not just our message that’s important, but how we deliver it. We need to not only create our mission statement, but get it out to the world in truth and in love. That’s how we steward our gifts well and get back to connection - back to 1984 (tune in for more on this!).

Today we introduce our 2021 Quarter 2 of Soul Purpose Leadership! Our first quarter was focused on WELLNESS, and this quarter is all about LEADERSHIP - more specifically, bringing you cutting-edge, counter-intuitive tools designed to catapult you to the next level!
To kick off our leadership series, we’re bringing on speaker + author Blaine Bartlett. Blaine coaches and consults worldwide with leaders, executives, companies, and governments. He was recently featured in the TV series World’s Greatest Motivators, and was formally invested as a Knight of the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights of Malta, the world’s oldest humanitarian organization! Today we discuss leadership components ranging from western culture “pedestals” and “hero-leaders”, to Blaine’s breaking moment and the importance of a leadership WHY. Do you know your WHY?
But let’s back up a little - before we start really diving into leadership, success, and everything in between this quarter, it’s important that we identify what these terms really even mean.
“Leadership is about co-creating coordinated movement,” says Blaine; and “Success is, in large part, predicated on me having the capacity to continually start over.” We break this down much more on-air, so tune in if these definitions got you thinking.
We also discuss the paradox in leadership and the power of uncertainty/vulnerability, self-mastery, and leadership mastery. Whew! It’s a GOOD one and our inbox is open for your feedback and questions.

He is also privileged to work alongside the Ancient Nutrition team for the last 3 years as the Director of Strategy, and we are privileged to be students of his on today’s episode: Wellness + Marketing Power: How fanning your true self in both creates a powerful dance.
Are you a high-performer? Entrepreneur? Both? Then you’ll want to tune in today as Dr. David and Jennifer discuss everything from how to start a business (planting “marketing seeds,” bearing fruit, pruning) to Chinese medicine - it really all comes down to where your gifting, passion, and money align. As Dr. David says, “If you can be in that place (of alignment), you actually have multiplication versus addition and subtraction.”
Business owners, it’s time to get hyper-focused! Hear Dr. David’s story: “I stopped trying to grow five different businesses and I got really good at growing one business.” Speaking of stories, Dr. David gives encouragement to keep sharing YOUR story… again, and again, and again as you dial in your ideal client.

Not-so-fun fact: According to the World Health Organization, depression is slated to become the number one disabling issue worldwide in the next few years. Why? How is this the reality that’s being passed on to our children, and what we can do about it? Tune in and take notes as Dr. Shannon shares not only valuable, but truly practical information that can be implemented right now.

If you did a double-take just now - YES that is THE Joel Brown gracing the cover of this week’s Soul Purpose Leadership Podcast episode! Joel Brown joined us to discuss The True Meaning of Wealth: God, You, IMPACT on Episode 55 today! Joel is the founder of top motivational website Addicted2Success.com and is a highly sought after speaker and coach in online marketing and self development breakthroughs. He’s also the co-host of the Unknown God podcast, a podcast about God for people who don’t like church 😉
Backing things up a little bit - for the newer faces around here, the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast exists to create a deep movement in you - that you feel inspired on a soul-level to shift and grow. And that’s exactly what Joel’s interview delivers.
Joel starts by sharing this about his relationship with God: “It’s a personable experience. You’re walking with Him. He’s not this - like - man in the sky above the clouds that points down at you now and then and tells you what to do and what not to do - He wants a personal relationship with us. That’s love.”
Do you have this kind of relationship with your Creator? Do you know that this same relationship is available and freely accessible to you?
Jennifer and Joel discuss how God wants to be the center of everything from our sufferings to our successes. They discuss moving from self-actualization to spiritual-actualization and co-creating with God. They also discuss how to avoid “playing small” - Joel encourages asking the question, “What’s blocking me and stopping me from realizing that I’m already ‘here’?”
For more on this and even more on the TRUE meaning of wealth, tune into this week’s episode.

Crystal Melanson, founder of The Preconception Plan, is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutritionist specializing in helping women and couples maximize and mend their fertility. On today’s Soul Purpose Leadership episode, she brings us the truth about sustainability in wellness - particular with food! In fact, it’s Crystal’s own personal struggles with health that led her to pursue sustainability and health optimization.
“We like quick fixes - the 7 days of this or 2 weeks of that - that’s not sustainability. - Crystal Melanson.
So, what is sustainability? “Something you know you can achieve, but that is getting you slightly out of your comfort zone,” Crystal says. And getting slightly out of our comfort zone is what many of us need to do to become Soul Purpose Leaders over our health - after all, “There is normal, and there is common. Just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s OK. Most of America is sick and unhealthy. That’s not OK. We want to be optimal.”

It’s here! 🎉 The 50th episode of Single Soul Purpose drops TODAY and in honor of this milestone we’re bringing on Keyen Lage to discuss the topic of The Power of Escaping the Rat Race and Dealing with your Darkness with Keyen Lage. Keyen is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Entrepreneur, & a Performance Coach for High Achievers who, after almost becoming paralyzed during a football injury in the NFL, dove head first into understanding what it actually means to live a life of fulfillment while achieving success along the way. Keyen helps people escape the rat race of the hustle culture and works with people all over the world on being able to remove mental, emotional, & physical blockages that are preventing them from reaching their full potential.
After achieving his dream of being drafted into the NFL, Keyen sustained a neck injury and never got to play a game. “In that experience, I learned that nothing I ever accomplished was really going to be able to give me that level of fulfillment I’d been looking for.”
Keyen, who is in an “anti-achievement” season of life, defines success as “being able to operate from the most authentically aligned place possible and being 100% okay with whatever happens as a byproduct.” It’s not simple, but, as Keyen says, it’s not supposed to be.
Have you ever wondered:
-Why do we have to achieve to feel OK about ourselves?
-How can we begin the process of disassociating from this damaging cycle?
Then tune in as Jennifer and Keyen discuss moving past shame and guilt, “creating quietness,” and getting radically honest with suppressed emotion.
As always, your 5-star ratings + review helps keep the show going and allow us to bring on rockstars like Keyen, so please continue to rate, review, & share!

“There’s nothing wrong with wanting to achieve at the highest level, unless it comes at the expense of your health and harmony.” -Kelly Brock
We have such a noteworthy episode launching on the Single Soul Purpose podcast today. Kelly Brock is the creator of the Anxious Achiever Project and Peaceful Performer Business Coaching programs. On the surface, Kelly had it all together. She had been running a successful network marketing business for more than a decade and was highly respected in the field. But on the inside, she was struggling. She had become so addicted to achievement that she was neglecting her relationships and her health. And that’s when her body forced her to stop.
On today’s episode, Kelly is here to teach us that it is possible to live a life of both peace and profit. Kelly gets real about her journey: “I was one of the most positive, equipped, strong, capable women I knew - so I was going, why am I breaking?” Kelly, a former “anxious achiever” has evolved - in front of people, no less - into this mission of growing into a “peaceful performer.” On today’s episode, she shares her 3 pillars to achieving high-performance - wait for it - peacefully.
“I had 2 options: I either stay, and keep pretending like I’m happy and satisfied, and suffer deeper, or I lean in and I figure it out and I see what I’m capable of.” You can, as Kelly puts it, “STAY and feel the familiar but uncomfortable space of being in the same spot, or you risk uncertainty… and you figure it out.”
Kelly and Jennifer also discuss shame, anger, overcoming fears, stewardship, and evolving in front of people. “It doesn’t all have to be hustle.”
If you identify as an Anxious Achiever and are looking for more ways to grow into a Peaceful Performer, grab your notepad and put your feet up with a Pumpkin Spice. This is one you’ll want to get cozy and settle in for.

We’ve loved the positive feedback about our recent Single Soul Purpose Podcast episodes and all the sweet 5 ⭐️ ratings you’ve been leaving us over on the Apple Podcasts app! It really helps others find the show and spread the Single Soul love.
For today’s episode, we got to sit down with Anthony Trucks. Anthony teaches people how to use the power of their identity to reach their full potential, which is why he created Identity Shift, a company focused on helping people close their “Identity Gaps” that are responsible for their shortfalls in potential and lack of success. He then helps them upgrade how they operate by accessing their next identity so that the hard things become easy, which means more success in all areas of their life.
In other words - Anthony knows how to make SHIFT happen! 👏 👏
Anthony bravely shares glimpses into his personal journey with foster care and adoption, overcoming adversity that many don’t, and now he’s using his story to speak into the lives of those needing to grow in and protect their identity.
“75% of inmates…of homeless…are foster kids like me,” shares Anthony. “No matter how great your mindset is, if you don’t have it attached to a self-categorization-it’s wasted.” You’ll definitely want to take notes if you’re new to identity growth work.
Anthony, a former NFL player, says “I enjoy reaching my limit of where I want to quit…it’s not until you get to that level of, ‘I’m done’ that you know the next thing you do is going to benefit you.” -on SHIFTing past your limits.
Anthony + Jennifer discuss the 6 core aspects of SHIFTing identity, including that of marriage, parenting, and business. “Your identity is who you are when you’re not thinking about who you are.”
Do you know who you are? Do you need encouragement to SHIFT? Make sure you catch the end of today’s episode when Anthony shares his 1 simple hack for starting the identity process, and thanks again for being such loyal listeners!

It happened, friends. We got THE Christina Rice to join us for today’s Single Soul Purpose podcast episode 🎉. A woman who needs no introduction - but just in case you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her yet - Christina Rice is an intuitive business mentor and manifestation coach who helps ambitious entrepreneurs and coaches build and scale 6 & 7-figure online businesses organically. She is the host of Wellness Realness podcast, creator of No Bullshit Business School, and co-founder of the Brain Rewiring Certification Course.
On today’s episode, Christina bravely shares her story of struggling with chronic illness that almost took her life, and how that experience catapulted her to practicing Nutritional Therapy and Reiki. A millennial, Christina offers a relatable, yet wise-beyond-her-years approach to both business and personal growth. “I think there’s this fear of getting quiet… to let go of the relationships that don’t resonate with them anymore - but you have to let go of that to give yourself some silence and space to find out who you are.”
Christina and Jennifer discuss operating out of a place of confidence + security versus out of a place of fear in both business and life in general. “I do not hang out with people with a scarcity mindset.” -Christina Rice
On that note, Christina shares some tips to entrepreneurs for knowing how to pivot your business and encouragement to make decisions out of an abundance mindset versus that of scarcity, while at the same time setting boundaries and “getting quiet” in the age of social media.
“Chaos always proceeds transformation,” Christina says as she encourages fellow millennial to learn to think for themselves and to “question from the start” - something we could all stand to do more of in this current season!

Tune in as Dr. Moseley delves into what mindset even is, and where we’re getting it wrong. Clearly, he’s getting something right considering the incredible growth he’s achieved both business-wise and personally. “One of the biggest misconceptions is that it’s all about the positive thinking…that’s not what mindset is. Announcing a new episode of the Single Soul Purpose podcast! Episode 35: Upleveling Your Swagger: Beauty from the Inside Out & Outside In with Kayleigh Clark and Danielle Gronich, founders of CLEARstem Skincare. CLEARstem Skincare is a revolutionary skincare brand that is both Anti-Aging and Anti-Acne with zero hormones disruptors or toxins. The brand was founded in San Diego, CA by two women, Danielle Gronich (owner of the acclaimed San Diego Acne Clinic) & Kayleigh Clark (Holistic Nutritionist).
The co-founders met when Kayleigh was suffering from severe cystic acne, searching for answers, and found San Diego Acne Clinic. The two bonded over their mutual passion for holistic skin health and whole body wellness. After doing their due diligence and finding that existing products contained pore-clogging ingredients or toxic chemicals that disrupted hormones, they decided that their clients and the world deserved better. Danielle and Kayleigh decided to partner in 2016 to dedicate their lives and careers to create CLEARstem skincare, and keep creating products that delivered positive change without sacrificing health.
On today’s episode, Jennifer chats with Danielle and Kayleigh about the link between gut health, mental health, and skin health, including why harsh medications aren’t always the answer/how nutrition can, and should, be the first line of defense in developing beautiful, healthy skin. On that note, Kayleigh and Danielle also bust a few skincare myths: “Just because something’s healthy internally doesn’t mean it’s going to be good for your skin.”
Kayleigh and Danielle also share practical tips on how they’re personally managing stress and “upleveling their swaggers” during this pandemic.

It's just you and me today, friends. I've had something on my heart I've wanted to share with you for a while now, and it has to do with your momentum, with getting UNstuck. It has to do with separating yourself from the draft. Some of you may know of my background as a Division 1 All-American runner. One of the things my coach impressed upon me was the importance in breaking away from the pack. This strategy is difficult to do in a race, but once you do it? Something incredible happens-you gain momentum.
Do you feel stuck? Is your lack of momentum in life-your work, your relationships, your health-weighing you down with a sense of hopelessness? Tune in today as I share some meaningful ways to take just one step toward breaking free and gaining momentum..."an extra energetic moment of leaping and breaking free from the draft." Because while it's so hard in the moment, once that momentum hits, something else incredible happens-it gets easier. To grow. To thrive. To live your Single Soul Purpose.
On today's episode, I'm sharing my ONE STEP to help you "battle your brain" and break free. Tune in to find out more. We as human beings are meant to grow, adapt, and evolve-that's why this podcast exists. To help you break free, gain momentum, and live with your Purpose.

clinics: “The Cancer Center For Healing” and “Center For New Medicine”. The combined (30,000 S.F.) clinics have become the largest Integrative Medical Clinic in North America, and visited by patients from all over the world with 47,000 patients and growing.
The Center For New Medicine focuses on prevention and internal medicine along with, yearly physicals, auto-immune
disease, natural hormone replacement, chronic issues and everyone’s favorite Aesthetics. Dr. Connealy feels we must treat “the Whole person”, the patient with the disease and not the disease of the patient, while determining the “origin of the illness”.
Dr. Connealy is the author of two books, “The Cancer Revolution” published in 2017, and prior to that the “Be Perfectly Healthy” book in 2009, and has revolutionized the landscape of medicine. "The key to any illness is prevention," Dr. Connealy says. "From one cancer cell to tumor is about 10 years. So that means we have 8-9 years of opportunity to prevent it; to detect it." Dr. Connealy also discusses the role of Vitamin D, and the rise of cancer amongst the 25-35 year old population in America due to lifestyle factors that can be changed.

On this episode of Single Soul Purpose, Jennifer interviews author/speaker/podcaster Lucas Mack about "getting rid of your mask" and living a life of vulnerability leading to freedom, healing, and peace, both personally and relationally. Lucas Mack works with people who are looking for healing, forgiveness, rest, balance, purpose and peace in their lives by reconnecting them to an understanding of the true definition of love and the power it brings, by giving them personal empowerment, a clear vision, purposeful direction and an ability to give back. Growing up in an abusive home where fear and confusion ruled his life, he’s been able to break the cycle and find true healing. He learned that love gives truth permission to come forth resulting in personal freedom, and the reason we aren’t free is because we don’t know what true love is. He leads people to experience change in themselves in order for them to impact the world, through spiritual reconnection, personal healing, and legacy building. His professional career has also been a journey. Turning a $10K investment into a $1MM+ creative agency, Lucas has worked for clients like Microsoft, T-Mobile, MOD Pizza and more. His passion for inspiring people to build deeper relationships with those around them is reflected in his writing, speaking, and coaching. Lucas is the host of two podcasts, "The Golden Rule Revolution" and "The Vulnerable Hero" and is the author of the book “Everyone Has a Plan Until They Get Punched in the Face,” a guide to developing a passionate and authentic story in order to achieve results.
