Derick, John and I ran our Wednesday loop, once again it was a two mike recording.Derick does not like my choice of music so I told him it would just be our voices and the highway traffic. We also had a couple of acoustic highlights today...
Today three of us ran a short loop together.Derick was holding one recorder, I was holding the other. The usual banter ensued.I love our Wednesday runs!

Today I ran for the first time with John & Derick. Derick got injured and needed to wear an 'Air Cast' for 8 weeks on his left foot.John joined us for the second half of this run.
Derick and I run together most Wednesday, today less than one mile in, he tripped and fell. We ran and walked a slightly shorter route than usual.
Derick is going to the Nationals in Nova Scotia to represent Victoria in the Special Olympics, he is a slugger and First Baseman. We started off our run with a bit of a chat about planes with his new Landlord as we walked up their street to the Highway. This if totally raw. (zero edit) .Just the way he likes them to be.
