It’s imperative in their time of transition that women fall in love with themselves. In the roles of mom, wife, sister, and aunt as well as entrepreneurs, leaders of organizations and some with corporate titles we have a tendency to lose ourselves and then once those roles no longer require our attention in the same magnitude we are left in the shadows of what once was. Being a divorced empty nester I found myself right there and I had to learn to shine my light all by myself.
As a woman, we are more than those roles so much more. Today women are starting businesses, obtaining leading positions in corporate America, running nonprofits, Pastoring churches and so much more. We are embracing the fact that we are the light and that our light is needed and necessary in any and every room that we bless with our presence.
Matthew 5:16 KJV states that we are to “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.” And that is exactly my purpose to help more women so just that in their life transition. As I “Kingdom light activator” I alongside women to discover their identity and regain their confidence, saw the light shine bright.

Natashia Hagans is a mental health advocate because of her battle and struggles with mental health. In October 2020, Natashia Hagans hosted a “Mental Health Chat “with Sharon RG from “The Mending Meditation. “ The Mental chat was a great experience for bringing awareness around domestic violence and mental health. Natashia became so passionate about mental health after this mental health chat she enrolled in a Master life coach class and received a certificate of completion as a Master Life Coach recently on October 9, 2021. Natashia has taken her coaching experience to social media, starting an “ I am A Butterfly Movement” for women to accept where they are in life and to push further. Natashia believes strongly in breaking the Stigma around talking about mental health and provides valuable resources to help encourage people that they are enough and that mental illness does not make the complete person.
Currently, Natashia is expanding her vision to higher heights and has formed a business called “ Issaflower, L.L.C. something she has always wanted to manifest. The vision behind Issaflower is to have self-care natural products for women through natural handmade items such as essential oils and so much more. Eventually, the business will expand to higher heights. Candace Nadine Breen is of West African (Nigeria, Benin, Cameroon of the Yoruba and Fulani tribes ) descent and wears many hats. She taught English in Providence, Rhode Island for eleven years for grades seven and nine. During that time, she tried to find her place in society while being driven away from various religious organizations for her inability to conform to their standards. While raising a family, she returned to school and earned a Master’s in Human Services with a focus on Marriage and Family Counseling. She was later a real estate agent for a few years but found it unfulfilling, stressful, and time-consuming. After taking time to open up herself to her true path, she buried herself in metaphysical studies, earning a Master’s of Science and a Doctorate in Metaphysics. She became a Spiritualist Minister which seemed like the perfect occupation for her, at first, but she gradually felt that she was outgrowing the Spiritualist community and was told by a medium unknown to her that her path would not end with the Spiritualist Church. She is now a Metaphysical Minister.

How to Return to the Grounding State at Will? Once you are in a grounding state with the help of mediation, associate a word, a phrase, or an image with the grounded state. When meditating, use that as a mantra and make a strong connection of it with your grounding state. Once you have created a strong connection, you can use that particular word, phrase, or image to return to your grounding state whenever you are stressed or in need to relax. Mastering this technique will enable you to go into a grounding state immediately by just saying or remembering that particular word.

Some of my other involvements include Cancer Care, Gilda’s, Stupid Cancer, Young Survival Coalition, Livestrong, Casting for Recovery, Libby Ross Foundation, SASS Foundation, Stowe Weekend of Hope, and Pink Glove Dance. Leah V. Salmorin’s journey as a breast cancer survivor is a primary motivator in her life. As part of her role as President/Founder, she frequently reaches out to other charitable organizations, government, and support groups to find ways of pooling resources and collaborating on projects. She is also a lector at St. Patrick’s Cathedral and St. Joan of Arc Church. She is also a patient navigator for The American Cancer Society and volunteers at Elmhurst Hospital in New York, New York. ‘Pfcnyc’ - Paddle for the Cure is a special support organization for breast cancer survivors /supporters. They offer a unique survivorship program that uses recreational dragon boat paddling to manage the side effects of treatment for breast cancer survivors and promotes a positive and healthy lifestyle. It is organized by survivors that paddle their way to recovery with each other and a tremendous group of supporters and paddling enthusiasts alongside. Their on-water season is May through October. Off-season indoor practice is available from November through April. They are planning to practice weekly in the World’s Fair Marina during the warm weather and participate in the dragon boat races along the East Coast. Their team events are open to all and promote a healthy lifestyle, and a way of getting life and movement back through exercise, as well as emotional support and team spirit. Kellie Fitzgerald has arrived at this particular point in her life by taking the scenic route, often filled with pratfalls and new beginnings. After a life spent experiencing trials by fire while simultaneously navigating choppy waters, she is passionate about helping others navigate their own paths and become the very best version of themselves they can be.
