This was actually the second sermon in Nehemiah- the first, from the preceding week, was on Neh. 1-1-3 and was not recorded.
The entirety of this sermon was not caught owing to tape failure part of the way through. So, it ends rather abruptly. The second message in this series, which would have come in January of 1996, was not recorded.
