If you commit anything into the care of God, He'd handle it well, and best. I share my experience on how I lusted after someone and how I was delivered from lust. I hope you're blessed, and that the Lord speak expressly to you through this.
Depending on the Holy Spirit for everything leaves you with zero worry. And of course, you can engage him in EVERYTHING YOU DO! There's no better peace of mind as such.

The presence of the Lord makes the difference. What relationship do you have with the Lord? The real prosperity is Knowing that the Lord is with you.

Hey! Your story may just be like Joseph's. Do not conclude on yourself so soon because of the bad happenings around. God hasn't.
