Some day I hope when I die I get to go to Haven. Haven looks like a remarkable place, very lovely, peaceful in fact. Too bad we never actually go there. We're in orbit and so is someone else that no one wants to be there, but we never visit the planet.
Hide and Q! Someone on the Enterprise gets the realization of "Impossible Dreams." What are those dreams? Well they start with vicious animal things and work their way to a disaster that could have as many as 500+ victims but you wouldn't believe how many it turned to be.
Ferengis, Ferengis everywhere... Ok only three. Captain Picard may or may not be a murderer. The Ferengi are presenting Picard with his old ship the Stargazer. Why? Because he is the hero of Maxia. Of course, if you think it's that simple, your all alone in the vacume of space. There is much more to the story, so check it out.
Now it's going to be interesting. Justice isn't just the name its a moral story. One punishment for all crimes, even those like keep off the grass. We pose questions like, what happens if a baby crawls on the grass, do they put the baby to death? What about the mentaly challenged? What happens when the punishment zone is no longer in effect? What happens outside the punishment zone?

The Enterprise visits Ligon II in search of some much needed vaccine, but before they get them, they have three steps to go through. Step 1, kiss some Ligonian booty. Step 2, beg for Lt. Yar back after she is captured and finally unwittingly participate in the overthrow of a female house so the spineless weasel she's married to can take her land and property.
